  My brother bought me two diamond bracelets which cost $5,100 total on 12/18, for my birthday. Since the model is not suitable for me so I want to refund at first. But they say its non refundable, only exchange. So I came to exchange, its only 2 days after my brother purchased. I choose another diamond bracelet, then they said that one I need to pay $1,000 more, but when my brother came two days ago he was also looking at that one and that time they told him its about $4,300, now they just increased the price to $6,100 in order to prevent me exchanging. All the things in store doesnt have a price tag. They just tell you whatever price they want. Maybe this time they tell you $2,000 next time they gonna tell you $4,000. The attitude is very rude when we come to exchanging

The customer reached out to us which we replied to come to the store and process an exchange. Costumer agreed to come to the store and process an exchnage.

  I went to cobra Jewlerly also known as ****** Jewlers on instagram. I used a 3rd party company whom he promotes called snap finance. I got approved for $1950 the item I purchased was $2000 it was a heart ring although on line it was promoted at $1900. I put a down payment of over $400. When I went to pay the company they didnt have a record of me paying anything. I called the merchant which I recorded the ***************** stated this is a fee to walk out with it than jumped into saying how I maybe purchased something. Also he admitted I was suppose to get charged $315 but I told him he charged me way more. He argued saying no he didnt. I showed him my bank statements he then stated I still dont have these on file then was jumping conclusion to conclusion. He said there is a 10% walk out fee which is if the item is $2000 it should have been $200. He then laughed it off stating he admitting to overcharging he will give it back. I have been contacting the merchant ever since I am now blocked not answering the phone calls. I contacted my bank to get the money back but they said its too late. So Im looking for the restitution of the whole charged of $385. Due to being lied to & misled.
