    The head stone to ********************** was to be placed on his grave, the Cost of the headstone was paid in full.*** **** from ****** ***************************** would not respond to me, she hangs up the phone on me. Kenico Cemetery has approved since May 2022 for the headstone to be placed. I have been traveling back and forth from ********. can you please help me.

    I would like to keep this complaint open until the headstone is fixed. They put up a headstone that is wrong and said it would cost $3,500 to replace it. Now they are saying they can sandblast or replace it free of charge. I will take down the complaint once the situation is resolved. I dont trust them as the lady said she would email me and has not. Also said she would have a supervisor call me and has failed to do so. I honestly doubt my situation will ever get resolved.

    The provided a headstone without signed permission from the person whos has the title for the gravesite. The stone was not approved and is in *********************. When I called the lady I spoke with was very rude. She said I would have to pay $3,500 to have the stone replaced. I am considering taking them to court. Pictures is the approved headstone. What is up now is incorrect.

    As we have been in business for over 100 years we try to accommodate every family's needs.  This purchase goes back over a three year span and ************************ was not present at any time until the end of September, 2021.  At which time **************** agreed to pay the remaining $500 balance which she did not.  ************************* ******************* son never advised **************** had dementia which was communicated when the family was upset with **************** last line on the monument.  

    In the essence of good faith we are having our ********************* go to ********************** to see if the last line on the monument can be removed.  If it cannot our office will work with the manufacturer and the cemetery to remove and replace the existing monument that ************ had paid for and placed on ******************** grave.  

    The rendering that the family attached will need to be approved, signed, dated and returned to our office before any further will will be done.  I will work with St ********* to see if they will WAIVE their $115 application fee to remove and replace the existing stone if that is the route we will need to take.

    Once the ********************* confirms whether or not the bottom line can be removed I will post here and the family can acknowledge that this option is acceptable.
