This company is a COMPLETE SCAM, do not use them. Almost sound like a broken record player stating what the others have stated, they quote one price, then when the car is delivered they **** the price up and if you don't pay it they will not release your car. I called to contest this bogus upgrade charge and never receive any correspondence. DO NOT make the same mistake I made, they are conmen and full of ****, nothing but CROOKS....I would give them a ZERO if allowed **** *

Not that it matters at this point. I will say if you are considering using this company to transport a vehicle. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They quoted me $775 for a door to door service. When my car arrived at its final destination the final **** came in at $1,441 dollars. I was basically held hostage and had no choice than to pay this amount. They told me if we did not pay on the spot. My car would not be unloaded. These guys are running a racket that you do not want to get your self involved in. Dont make the same mistake I made. For what its worth, add me to the growing list of dissatisfied and scammed customers. I can categorically agree with the majority of the previous complaints made about this company in terms of their fraudulent and deceptive business practices. ***************** Esq., (probably an alias), listed on the company website as Senior VP of Logistics, required a $250 non-refundable fee for shipment of a car from AZ to MO., with the understanding and expectation that the total cost for shipping would not exceed $795, which included the aforementioned fee. After two pickup dates were missed, I spoke with ************ about concerns I had about reliability issues and poor communication and service. When I raised questions regarding the multitude of poor internet reviews and ratings, he attributing them to a few disgruntled customers and had no merit. He also reminded me that no fees would be refunded and assured that I would be responsible for the balance due on delivery of the car of $545, or $795 minus the $250 up-front fee (disguised as a deposit). When the car finally arrived several days past the due date, the transport driver produced a **** of lading showing the final amount due of $1250, not the $545 I was expecting to pay. He also informed me that the car would not be unloaded and released until and unless the $1250 was paid in cash. Failure to comply, as he explained, would result in the car being impounded with daily storage fees charged. Like so many others who have found themselves in this predicament, I had no recourse but to accept the driver's demands. Some cautionary notes to anyone considering transporting an auto: 1. Be diligent and thorough in researching auto transport companies. 2. Ask questions and get answers and quotes in writing. 3. Never pay up-front "fees", as they are unnecessary and achieve nothing. 4. Most importantly, never, under any circumstance, use this company! You will regret it!

I was quoted one price ended up costing more. they do not explain their agreement with you very clearly. I would definitely choose another **************** in the future and would not recommend this one to anyone

Please steer clear of this dishonest and deceptive company. They lo-ball the quote to win the bid. Once they had my car, they informed me my $250 deposit was not a deposit (to be deducted from the total cost) at all but actually a separate fee for them to find a driver. Additionally, to make matters worse, the cost of the transport then increased by $400 without any notification, justification or agreement.When I confronted the company representative, he arrogantly told me, you should be happy, I did you a favor... if you came to ********** and drove that car back to *******, you would have spent more than this. Using a deception such as this, upon delivery, the customer is effectively trapped into this scheme You must pay cash in the amount demanded or the driver will not release the car from ***************. Without any other recourse, I was forced to pay the $1,300 rather than the legitimate $900 balance.
