    I went to European wax located at ************* on 11/12/23. I dealt with a receptionist by the name ***( no name tag was worn so spelling might be incorrect) I went to location after booking for a specific waxer and was told to see someone else because my waxer was running behind schedule. I still got to see my waxer after I explained I booked my waxer to see my waxer. My wax went well like usual. After the wax I went to the front desk to pay and *** demanded that I needed provide the last four digits of my card information which I requested twice before for my card to not be stored in the computer (her delivery was very forceful and rude). The receptionist then yells at me and says she need to get the 4 digits of my card to pay though I explained it should not be on the computer as per my prior request for my card information not to be stored on file. And I requested for the information to be removed again. After a little back and forth and her mumbling things under her breathe she allowed me to tap my card to pay and I requested my receipt to be able to leave. I dont find it acceptable that Im coming to a business to receive service and pay for my service and is being yelled at for my preference and my willingness to pay. I requested a receipt and was not provided one and was told my receipt will be via email due to Covid restrictions (please note it is 11/12/23 and Covid restrictions have been lifters in *** to my knowledge) and its been going on a hour now without a receipt via email for todays service from European wax. UNACCEPTABLE At this point I dont want to go back to them.
