    Placed an order on 12/23 that took over 5 hours to deliver, business was unresponsive to repeated attempts to contact via email/phone/website form, driver stated he would take the order back and I would not be charged as they were having computer issues that day. On 12/24 a charge from this business was posted on my bank account anyway for $132.71. I contacted the owner on 12/27 and they assured me I would be refunded which has yet to happen. I was told he processed the refund and to ask my bank but my bank confirmed there are no pending transactions or any evidence a refund was ever issued. I got a text from the business on 12/27 that the order was cancelled, but that does not constitute a refund since the charge hit my account as of 12/24. Owner stopped responding to my emails, and despite being too disabled to leave my house while I await surgery, I had family drive me to the store. They told me they cannot help without the manager present and to try again another day. I am too physically unwell to chase them for a refund they said they owe me and refuse to give, so please any help would be greatly appreciated. My bank already said they cannot help recover the funds as its a debit/bank account transaction but the recreational dispensaries in ******** all only accept these forms of payment, few to none take credit cards. All information is in the document I attached that has original order, cancellation text, correspondence with owner *****.
