I went onto their site and with the assistance of a sales representative through pre-sale chat I ordered and paid for a specific laptop as posted on the site. I ordered a ******* galaxy book 4 pro 360. I wanted a high performance convertible laptop. Instead I was sent the wrong laptop, which was less than the amount I paid. I received a book 360 and not the pro model. This is a significant difference in price and quality of the laptop. All I want is to exchange this for the same or similar laptop with similar specs. I feel like I've received automated responses without them knowing the details of this transaction error. Please help me reach out to them to simply make an exchange. The box is unopened and the manufacturer seal is still in tact.Business response

We received the customer's complaint regarding the replacement of the product.We also checked with our supplier and his answer is that there was a spelling mistake only in the title******** Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 ), ***(NP750QGK-KG3US) and description of the product are OK, so the customer received the correct product ******** Galaxy Book4 360).In addition, we write in clear letters that there may be spelling mistakes and the customer must check the manufacturer's ***. We are obliged to send the manufacturer's *** as written on the website.
All other information must be verified with the *** on the manufacturer's website.
For the sake of goodwill, we are ready to credit the customer's card with $100 if he does not cancel the credit card charge.Customer response

Thank you for your prompt response regarding the incorrect laptop that was delivered.
There was not a spelling mistake made on my part. Check the documentation that I attached. If there was a confusion with the correct model it was made by an employee on your team. The email clearly shows a response from you that I in fact ordered the pro 360 model. Here it is again:
I would like to reiterate that I made my purchase based on the product description provided, which clearly indicated that I was purchasing the 'PRO 360' model. This model is crucial for my needs due to its high-performance specifications, which are not present in the standard 360 model.
I acknowledge your policy regarding the manufacturer's SKU, but as a consumer, I relied on the information presented in the product title and description at the time of purchase. The discrepancy between the title and the actual product received is significant and directly impacts the product's suitability for my intended use.
The gesture of a $100 credit is not acceptable as this does not address the core issue of receiving a product that does not meet my requirements. I request a full refund or the correct replacement of the 'PRO 360' model as originally ordered.

I ordered a Chromebook through this company in mid December 2022, arrival was 12/26/2022 or shortly after (I was out of town on holiday)...I finally got time to set it up in January and encountered problems with the unit which rendered it useless.I submitted a claim with ThePCWhosale and was prompted to provide additional feedback which I have accomplished as of 1/26/2023....From here on I have received no feedback nor any acknowledgement of my requests...I tried to call the number provided on their web site and am informed there are "restrictions" on calls they will accept. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, the process of each claim is 5-7 business days, by the end of the process, the customer will received ***** shipping label. after the return team will exam the return, the customer will receive fully refund.
the customer gave us the final information we needed on February 20, 2023. the process will finished soon and will will inform the customer for the next steps. the customer also got an response email for his case.

Hi,
We are working with credit card risk management company " ******** ***** (********.com) . the credit card merchant provider is BraintreePayments.com.
our platform working with authorized and capture, at first we authorized the payment and if ********.com gives guarantee for the transaction so all ok and we capture the payment and order accepted, if not, order is cancelled and we release the authorized payment.
as you can see in the attached file, transaction was voided and we do not have any payment from the customer.
