    If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the worst company ever. There was an account setup under my ****** account and charged a subscription fee. Which I was not aware of until I noticed my account was charged. I reached out to this company via email, SEVERAL times and explained that this was done fraudulently and asked that they refund the stolen money, which they REFUSED to do. They rather have stolen money than to help out someone who didnt authorize this issue.

    Fraudulently charged my account and I never agreed to the services. Said I didn't have an account on file with my email address but refused to refund me for the charge.

    brainly tells EVERYONE the same liethere was no cancellation on our endblah, blah, blah, so they can steal your money because they refuse to issues refunds. I was charged $54 TWICE when I canceled the subscription. They send emails of renewal that go to spam by design so you wont see them and then they can lie and refuse to give you a refund. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! BEWARE!!! They have no shame and clearly make a lot of money from stealing from people. They make it very difficult to cancel so you will give up. The phone number they gave my bank is not even a working number. When you go on the website and send a message to cancel you get a message saying your message is unable to send with no options to follow-up. I am contacting the Attorney General in my state and filing a complaint. They need to be arrested for theft!

    Scammed me out of $39.99! I never even signed up for them and the day they charged me. I immediately reached out and the person in the chat told me basically I could not speak with a supervisor about the issue. He continue to ask me did I have any further questions and then stopped replying. I didnt receive the email that they canceled the services, which I had never bought or even went through a free trial or ever use their service ! Beware!

    I signed up for a Brainly membership o er two years ago. I decided to cancel the membership and went through the proper procedures of requesting a cancellation. After scanning through a bank statement, I noticed Brainly charged my account two years later. This alarmed me so I went back a year and checked that statement. Brainly has been charging me and I did not notice it. I emailed and asked for a full refund of both years AFTER showing valid proof that I requested a refund two years ago. Ive emailed several times and they told me they cant refund my account, however they cancelled my subscription two years later only after I threatened to file a complaint. Brainlyplease do the right thing and refund my money!

    SCAM!!!! They will not issue a refund even though I cancelled before my free trial was up. They charged me anyways and then told me I didnt cancel WHEN I KNOW I DID. When I was notified I had been billed I realized my cancellation hadnt gone through I had to go back into my account and cancel the day after because of their short comings!! THEY ARE A SCAM. They keep trying to gaslight me into thinking I didnt cancel when I did because any cancellation attempts will come across on their end. The no refund policy is hidden in their terms of service. They are a lazy and underhanded business practice. Do not use their services. In addition to not giving refunds and blatantly lying their service is also underdeveloped and incorrect 90% of the time. Not work ANY amount of money. They have a history of this exact situation. Avoid their service at all cost.

    Absolute scam! Enrolled me in a free trial without my knowledge, I got an email and swiftly cancelled it 2 days before it was up. The day the trial was supposed to be ending, they charged my card for $39 and refused to give me a refund despite having screenshots of my cancellation. Had to file a chargeback with my bank and get my money back that way. After, I deleted my account but the month following that, they tried charging my card for the same amount again and I didn't even have an active account with them! They save your payment info and file random charges hoping one wouldn't notice or just take the loss because they are awful to deal with.

    I am completely disgusted with this company. I did a trial on 2021 for this and I was charged. I was fine being charged because I used it that time. Then, I emailed them to cancel my account. They didnt reply and didnt stop charging me. I was surprised last month when Ive noticed that they were still charging me under my old PayPal account. **** describe how frustrated I was when I reached out to them and didnt get positive response. Instead they said that they wont issue the refund amidst all my emails from previous year about canceling because they said the time lapsed already. They can track my account and see that I havent opened my account. IF I CAN PUT ZERO STAR, I will.

    Got the 7 day trial and I canceled the plan before the renewal date but it still charged me $39.99 USD I would like a refund and encourage others to never use this service. I emailed their customer support email on DEC 8th right when I got charged ,and it said it will be "within 72 hours" but I still have not received a reply or a refund Ive tried contacting them multiple times through email and their website and received no response. The phone number on their website is not working and nobody is there to pick up the phone.
