    An embezzlement scheme is going on. My payments isn't being processed. They're sitting on my account as 'Pending'. The only reason a payment show as 'Pending' is due to the fact that these wicked folk refuse to send the money to the merchants. Why? Somebody is stealing money from my account. There is no other sound reason available, as to why Propel isn't processing the payments totaling $260, which readily available in my account....again unless the money have disappeared, AGAIN.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. ********** concerns. Please find an explanation below:When a customer initiates a transaction with a merchant, the merchant will submit the customer's card information to request "authorization". This authorization simply confirms to the merchant that the funds are available and places a hold on those funds on the customer's account. That hold is considered a "pending" transaction as there are additional actions that the merchant must take to complete the sale.The second action a merchant must take is to "settle" the transaction. While this is usually a fairly quick process, it's possible a merchant may take some time to submit the settlement to offset the pending transaction. If no settlement is received from the merchant within 7 days, the pending transaction expires and the funds are made available again.We're sorry to hear this process has led to confusion for Ms. ******** and appreciate the feedback.

    If I could give them a ZERO I would this is ridiculous and I shouldnt be limited to my money a day . Its my **** money I have bills to pay and when my bills exceed I have to wait the following day after I get my Ssi payment and my money out this account I will never use it again. **** a day is ridiculous and when I get charged late fees provider wont be the one having to pay it will be me . I am just going to get a legit bank account *** tried to work with provider but this is however ridiculous. Adjustments should be made we are NOT borrowing money from you guys ITS OUR MONEY that we trusted to get our money deposited into . Im changing all my direct deposit asap they will never see another deposit in my account again. Its already hard enough with pricing of everything going up . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS SERVICE . I still need another $1000 to get everything paid today and Im suppose to wait ****************************************************************************************************************** the account . If its available why can I not use it ? TURN AWAY FROM PROVIDER

    This company false advertising. I sent my tax refund to them and havent received it or cannot reach customer service. This is very unprofessional. Im a single parent and need my money. I will be taking it to the media for help.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to ****************** concerns. We show that she was able to successfully engage with our customer service team who advised her that her tax refund was expected to be posted by EOD Thursday 2/22. The deposit was posted as expected. A supervisor reached out to the customer to confirm but no response was received.

    Okay some people get their money direct deposited earlier some people don't, but I called and I spoke to someone before I had my government student loan money deposited into that account and the lady that I spoke with told me she said as soon as they push the button to send it to our bank which is almost instantaneously you will receive your money in your account, we don't hold it it will not show as pending because we give it to you as soon as we get it. Well I have reference and transaction numbers from the school servicer that sent the money to their bank for me that shows that it was successfully sent to their account, and I haven't got it in my account yet. And the representative that I speak to you on the phone today wants to tell me that it was a miscommunication no it wasn't a miscommunication because they lead you to believe on the app too that you'll get your money as soon as it hits their bank account untrue very untrue or I'd have my money right now. The funny thing is the man didn't even have enough time to look into my account to even see anything so how would he know you know you have to talk to somebody longer than 10 seconds and actually dig into their account to find out what's going on. I haven't trusted this place was quite a bit of money, and according to the sender they have it so why don't I?? If you have it there's no reason it should take 3 to 5 business days for me to get my money. Never again it wasn't no miscommunication as the second representative said. They don't even look into your account to see what's going on before they give you an answer! Nor do they even try to assist you really. I think customer service Representatives need to be trained better than what they are to be honest. I just want to watch rightfully mine the money that I borrowed from the government towards my education. This is ridiculous! Deceiving also! If you're thinking about direct deposit withthis place please think again, take it from me, my reviews are honest!

    A supervisor reached out to the customer and confirmed receipt of her deposit within the normal 3-5 day ACH window. The customer responded that she was happy with the outcome.

    I always used this card as a back up card being I dont want certain people with my bank information so I used this card for instacart they did a temporary hold but then once the payment settled they lied and said they refunded my difference on top of telling me I couldnt file a dispute to get it further investigated then because they are a bankcorp and not a real bank they can do what they want I still did my dispute via email and will be getting them further investigated their is no telling how many people they have taken advantage of especially being they let you use the card for SSI payments they are a scam and I wont be using this company bank card ever again
