I used them before and decided to change 2 more doors valued at approximately ***** each, installed. Before, they Weatherstripped and painted the door. This time, they said they don't paint the door, nor do they Weatherstripping the door unless I pay an additional $150 each. I had complaints from my tenants of having extreme drafts entering the home and I personally saw this. Scheduling with them was a nightmare and they did not make enough of an effort to come out and rectify the situation. I had to fly to ********, Weatherstripping, paint, and fixed the adjustments to 2 locks because the door they installed did not close properly and the lock couldn't be engaged. The tenant had to slam the door as hard as possible, disturbing the rest of the building, and still the door would push open with the wind at times. I made an effort to speak to manager ********* and estimator/rep ****** and they did not return any funds for me to finish the job I paid for them to do. I do not recommend working with them due to the fact that their installers are no good and the company will not help customers rectify the situation. Take your money elsewhere

Dear ******: We recognize how you feel about your most recent installation, but owing to the inflation of today, we are unable to offer the same level of courtesy. If requested, we may still offer priming and weatherstripping for a modest, discountedprice. We had trouble setting up appointments with this tenant right away,which you were aware of. Before you made any modifications, we presented you with every alternative. We are still willing and able to assist you with any corrections but it is imperative that someone be available when one says they will be. We are a company that has been standing firmly since ****. We are not going any where. We work with all our customers. We do our best to keep communication but we need the same from the client to make it work.Any problem with the locks would have been resolved had we been able to come out and modify the frame for you, which we can still do. we would be happy to do so for you based on your availability.
