    Took my car in for service that was fully paid for, they found that the brake pad a rotor needed to be changed and the oil pan in which they over charged for, understandable. I asked for tires and they gave me a ridiculous price, I told them don't do anything with the tires I will take it elsewhere to get tires. They held the car for 6 days and when I returned the loaner car they found scratches on it in which I believe were already there, but that's my fault because I should have checked the car when they gave it to me. The lady got out of the car and they help her move her stuff out of the loaner and just passed me the key, the car was filthy inside and outside they showed me footage saying that the day the lady brought the car back it didn't have any scratches but when you look at the footage it is blurred so you really can't tell. I feel that I was overcharged for some scratches they charged me $1216.57 plus the amount to get my car out $2517.63 rip off I will never take my car there again. Be aware of this place if I could give a 0 I would.

    MY MERCEDES S580 ALMOST KILLED ME AND MERCEDES IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. My car has had this issue multiple times over the last year and the most recent occurrence has caused me to be scared for my safety when driving my car. I was making a right turn at an intersection and with no cars within 10+ feet of me my car decided to full force slam on the brakes. I was only moving around 15 MPH but it caused my whole body to jerk and get whiplashed. I am scared to think of what would happen if there was oncoming traffic coming or if a malfunction like this was to happen on the highway where Im traveling at a faster speed. Immediately I drove my car to the Mercedes dealership of brooklyn where they took my car in to be inspected and after 2 weeks I was told they were unable to replicate the issue and there is nothing they can do. I did some research online and in the last year there has been over a dozen complaints of exactly the same malfunction happening in the same year and model car which leads me to believe this is an issue that is known and they are doing nothing about it. I have been unable to reach anyone in Mercedes corporate and nobody at the dealership level is offering me any solutions. What will it take for Mercedes to finally pay attention to this? For someone to get hurt?

    The first time I went to the 4S shop to buy a car, I was cheated. It was a terrible experience buying a car. I saw a 2023 C300 in their shop, the salesman told me that it was a high-matching car, the body started at $*****, then added other accessories, as well as freight, and the final selling price was *****, and then the salesman used the wrong information when he sold it to us, which made us believe that it was a high-configuration car with a body of $*****. Because there are three grades on the official website, the car with a body of ***** ** dollars is a high configuration.So it led ** to believe that this is a car that starts with ***** dollars. Because this is a spot car, it can be driven home after a procedure, but he said that there was a problem when refueling, and it needed to be checked, so it took us three days to get the car, and then I found that the car was different from what we expected, so I told them to ask for a change, but they have been looking for the administrator to communicate with us, and then they said it could be changed. He also said that our vehicle driving license had been sent and the vehicle had been registered, so it could not be changed. And the attitude is extremely bad, I discriminate against us because we can't speak ************** don't want to translate for us. The last solution was not given to us.

    This is the worst dealership in ****** First I took a car to check if they can fix it then the service department told me it will cost me $27,000 to fix a ******************************************************************** and ****************. So that what I did and then the sales person promised me that my trade in will be $2000 and I just need the title to be under my name to do so. And he gave me 45 days to bring it back and its during the pandemic. So I went to Change the title and it took like 55 days to come in. When I received it I went back to the dealer to get the money for the trade in. But the sales person is telling me that Im late and he online will offer me less then a thousand for it. So I just gave them the title and I will never go back because they dont honor their word.

    I would like to file a complaint against Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn for discriminating sales practice. The grievance recipients will be, including but not limited to, *** ********** of ******** and Worker Protection and Better Business Bureau in violation of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964.On August 12th 2022, I visited Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn to purchase a certified used vehicle. While the initial communication with ***************, Sales Consultant, and Mr. ************************** Sales Manager, was positive and seamless; it was agreed that the branch put the vehicle on hold for 48 hours with a deposit and the full payment was to be wired by Monday, August 15th.My consumer experience turned into an offensive and disheartening one quickly after Mr. ************************** General Sales Manager, ordered ******** to breach the verbal agreements and did not allow vehicle holding unless the vehicle was paid in full on site. My bank was closed at the moment, after 6 pm on Friday and I had no means to pay the full amount which made me believe the dealership refused to sell the vehicle. To my horror, it all happened after the irrevocable holding deposit of $1,000 had been paid.The complaint includes allegations that the dealer:? Discriminated ********s on Automobile Sales Policy It switched around the de facto nation-wide rule in an arbitrary fashion; the 48-hour holding practice with a deposit was not applied to me in the end for an unknown reason that might include national origin, race, color, religion, or ***.? Held ********s Deposit in an Improper Manner A great deal of financial inconvenience has been caused due to a delayed deposit refund. Despite the fact that the vehicle was not held for me and became sold next day, I was informed it would take one or two weeks to receive the deposit refund. This further hinders me from buying a much-needed vehicle.
