This is a terrible company to deal with poor customer service. Had to sign in online and into an account in order to find out I need to call them about my order. They claim they emailed me but I have no email from them I checked my inbox and spam folder and promotional folder. I have received my confirmation email from them and other email after making the purchase that went to my direct inbox. The phone call was needed because they had the wrong pricing on their website **** Per Each adds up when you are buying 60 bottles and clearing out their stock on the item. I called prior to purchasing this product on the price and how much was in stock so I could buy their stock out, and for I am in need of more and also asked if this was a product I could keep buying from them because I really need way more and will be a continue item to purchase for one of my customers. I had the manager ***** telling me my issue was wasting his time that it was not an issue for their system does not email or call their customers when something is needed from me on my end. Was very rude and asked him not to speak to me like that because I am not raising my voice I am not cussing at him and proceeds to tell me this is how I talk you don't know me your wasting my time and this is how I conduct my business here.and we as a company can not control our products online. Hands down terrible experience and have never been told by a company I am wasting their time when they have an issue on their end instead of saying I will look into what really happen with the email instead of his poor choice of words towards a customer. I would never speak to any of my customers like that especially when something could be wrong on my end and get to the bottom of it first But that sets me apart from your company why I have five star review and your company has **** stars on many platforms.

DO NOT BUY! SCAM! Don't get suckered in with what appears to be a good deal. I called them, had a pleasant conversation where the lady explained that they have been in business for like 19 years and that the bad reviews are just the few customers they could not make happy. So I placed an order for like $140 worth of stuff to test them out. Over a week goes by and I have not heard anything from them other than the initial order email. I then went to check my account to see if they had even charged me yet, and found that they immediately charged me, then within 36 hours of the order I had about $2k in fraudulent charges. Had to have my bank shut down my card and contest the charge to the company and then the fraud charges. Big old pain. DO NOT BUY! SCAM!

Note to self, always read company reviews before ordering instead of waiting for ****************************************************************************************** know. Now they have all my information and it would not surprise me if my CC information is sold off and I have to get a new card, again.
