****************The negative reviews that you read online are one hundred percent true and you should not ignore them. I have done thousands of research studies on various platforms with a great record as well as tons of focus groups without an issue. I should have listened to the reviews and not wasted my time. Not only do they not read emails that you send, but they will defend researchers who make false claims after telling you something completly different through original emails. The last email I got from them was less then a minute after the one I sent and took them less than a minute and it was clear given the length of my email that they did not read it at all, again. I did the study which asked questions about value and what it means to me. I messaged the researcher right after completing and they ignored my messages for two days before randomly closing the study. I messaged respondent and they first claimed that the researcher responded to them, this was on Tuesday, four business days later. The researcher claimed they needed to close the study due to issues. Strange how the researcher said nothing to me still. I then immediately responded back stating that I completed the study. They failed to respond for two business days. Then I followed up indicating that I would do this given that the reviews appear to be right. They then claimed that the researcher stated that the responses I gave were dishonest, despite not following up with me before and claiming something completly different, as many reviews indicate they do. The researcher has yet to respond or indicate this to me. Again, the questions were video recorded and subjective. Respondent doesn't even insure that researchers are communicating. I have used many platforms and have never seen such behavior. To call me a liar with no proof, after claiming another issue is something else. My track record speaks for itself, their's appears to as well.

I see a lot of negative reviews about people not getting paid and then they blame it on respondent inc. When in fact, if someone doesnt get paid, its not because of respondent incorporated, but because of the researchers, who set up the study on respondents website. Respondent is just a platform for researchers to use to put their studies online and assemble applicants to take their study, and then compensate them afterwards. Therefore, if someone doesnt get paid, its not because respondent didnt pay you, but the researchers didnt pay you. Ive done three study groups so far with respondent, and I got paid each time. The only negative thing about respondent is that a lot of the studies I am not applicable to apply for and they dont update their studies as often as other focus group websites. Aside from that, I have nothing but good interactions with respondent and their researchers.
