    Awful quality. Awful service. I bought reading glasses for $189 six weeks ago. I noticed they were slowly getting crooked but didn't think much of it. Yesterday taking them out of the pouch one of the sides was broken. I took back the glasses and they suggested I had stepped on them! which was of course not true. They said their frames were not guaranteed and the only thing they could offer was 20% discount on new frames. I've had $15 dollar pharmacy reading glasses for years and they are still fine. I went to ******* for something prettier without thinking such bad quality was even possible. I should have thought about it twice before buying glasses from them when they said they would still charge my insurance for an eye exam that didn't take place because I said my old prescription was still good. Not honest. Their products are literally garbage.

    I paid $129.00 for my lenses and since they closed up shop, like so many others lost my money and this is not a credible business, and from August ****** to date still haven't had any response,and we were not even informed when appointment was made what a shame

    ***** optical is a fraud I purchased a glasses for my daughter under the insurance they accepted and it was still over priced they said the glasses are free but her prescription is a high cost 400 dollars high then in less than a month of wearing the glasses it breaks and they said I will have to purchase another glasses for the same price I left I found another store that charges for the frame 60 dollars and everything included this is a big scam at ***** they charge extra fir cheap plastic frames and I will like my money back before I file a complaint with the corporate office on this matter

    This is bothering me, I have been going to ******* since 2020 and only one other time did I have a bad experience. This time I got my glasses quickly this time, but I wanted to return one pair because I didn't like it once it came back, and I called first but got a hard time at first. I ended up arguing with the person on the phone saying it's just a policy issue and it's the day after I got my glasses why is it so difficult. This year I paid way more for my glasses and did not get what I wanted. I got Crizal, which they usually give me a deal on... and I get the purple nearly every time, this year there is an ugly flaw (a square on lense where something wasn't done properly with the lense) and they gave me the green which I hate. I am almost afraid to call back because I'm sure they will give me a hard time again. This will be the last year. They are overpriced and not the quality they once were, and the frame selection is limited.

    Purchased 2 pair of glasses. And was given a 20% discount. Same day I went to website and saw the very next day they were having a Black Friday sale of 50% off. Within 24 hours of placing the order went back to store to have price adjusted, (A Saving of over ******+ dollars). They claim corporate did not tell them of upcoming sale and that order was placed and cannot honor the sale. Me, as the consumer can see the ad online, yet they don't know in store? Same day call store to speak to manager, she was to be out the next few days. Finally speak with manager, ****** and she is defensive and aggressive from the beginning of our conversation. All she wanted to do is defend and not listen. Yet accused me of speaking over her, when she never gave me an opportunity to speak. We both knew we were getting nowhere in our conversation, she said she would have corporate call me. Still hasn't happened. Before hanging up she tells me that ***** will get me! That was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had and to disrespect my religion on top of it! This was *********, ** store.

    I purchased a pair of Versace 54MM Rectangular Sunglasses at this location on 10/12/23 for $499, that same day I realized that the receipt provided to me was a special order receipt and and the box wasnt for the correct sunglasses and changing my mind on the purchase I called stating my issues and I was then told I couldnt return the item and can only get a store credit I explained how their website T.O.S says I can return but she explained that stores are a franchise so their policies are different (which I wasnt informed that in-store) and I was offered to come in to get the correct box. I was upset because I wasnt informed that before but I figured I could resell it but not knowing the exact name of them I had to do research and realized I was overcharged. They are listed for $345 on the Versace and three major luxury department sites. Once I discovered that I contacted 311 and made a price gauge complaint but there were no action, I even called their location and was only able to provide my first, last name, phone number and a call back from the manager.Even if I could sell them, I am losing out on a lot of money because of the up charge. I am not interested in a partial refund nor a store credit because I cant trust that the prices that they state are not a up charge. I will like a full refund and this will be my first and time ever shopping here.
