I order TWO Testo 310 Combustion Analyzers from this seller through Amazon. BOTH units were defective. Focus was willing to do nothing to rectify this situation and just said I could return the second one as well. The first unit: Would not turn on at all. ‘Lifestyle by Focus’ offered no help but said I could return it. ‘Testo’ the manufacturer said they couldn’t help because it was bought through a 3rd party seller and not them. Second unit: Turned on, but came with an error code! Error code 04 meaning the oxygen sensor was defective. Called ‘Lifestyle by Focus’ for some help, they said sorry and I could return it again. I am now out 2 weeks of time, $1100, and I still need to get another working meter before the end of the year to finalize CAS tests for my customers. Don’t expect any help if you receive a defective unit.Review from Colene S

Ordered a Vortex Sparc Solar 2 MOA Red Dot on 4/19/2024. Never received the order. Contacted them multiple times. Initially, they told me the sight was delivered. I asked when and they said on 04/18/2024. I advised them that this was the day before I ordered the sight, so there is no way it was delivered that day. After that, they stopped responding to me.Review from Greg F

I ordered a ADE Advanced Optics RD3-012-PRO Series Red Dot Sight with Motion Activation Technology (Black). I received a ADE Advanced Optics RD3-012-NON PRO Series Red Dot Sight with Motion Activation Technology (Black). The design and specifications between the Pro and NON-Pro are completely different. I would like a full refund. The online return system is down. No answer at phone system.

I placed an order online and the carrier had a delay and I was getting worried. I contacted their customer service and they helped me get it sorted! The day I contacted them regarding the issue, the carrier got my item moving!! I will be shopping with them again. I was in the market for a camera and came across Focus Camera online. I was delighted to find out they had a store in ******** nearby. The customer service was amazing! I was interested in a Sigma *******mm Lens for my Canon and after several hours of reviewing online prices, sellers,reading reviews and watching You tube videos, I made the investment and purchased the lens from Focus Camera based on the research. This was my first purchase from this seller and I was a bit cautious. I have had mixed experiences with Big Camera Shops in ***, both exceptional and not so much. Based on my recent experience, I would definitely purchase camera equipment again without hesitation from Focus. They had the best price on the lens and offered a bundled package which made the purchase with the filters and Sigma Dock, even more attractive. The service was exceptional and extremely timely. Unfortunately the shipping box came damaged with a small item missing. They made it right by sending out the item the very next day. I am a new Focus Camera customer as I recently moved to the area where their Brooklyn store location is. I was in the market for a new telescope and the customer service I received in store was amazing! There were specialist available to recommend products and to teach me about the latest telescopes and optics. While they did not have the product in store, I was able to place an order online. I received my telescope in mint condition just in time to watch the solar eclipse. Ordered the Ade rd3 012 pro red dot sight and paid to have it overnighted, a couple days later I get a package but its the wrong red dot sight. I contact customer service and was told to send it back and they will send me the correct red dot. To speed the process up I actually paid for the sight again so they would go ahead and ship it before they got the one I sent back to them. A couple days later i get a package from them and its the wrong sight again, not the same one I got the first time but a different wrong sight. I contact customer service and was told that they have a problem and dont really know what it is but they dont carry the sight that I ordered and paid for twice and that i could either keep the one they sent me or send it back and get a refund. They still show the sight on their website so if they dont actually have the product they need to take it off to save someone from wasting their time and money ordering it from them and having to ship the wrong products back. I had a really great experience purchasing with Focus Camera. The sales team is extremely knowledgeable and was ready to answer all of my questions to ensure I got the camera that fit my needs. I was able to call the customer service team and check the status of tracking which they quickly emailed over to me. It was a seamless process and most importantly, they care to help. Every time I spoke with someone they were pleasant, professional, and provided the answers I needed. Focus officially has a lifelong customer in me.
