    The **** Team was sent to my home to do an assessment of my Thermador refrigerator by Choice Home Warranty- I paid $75. They let me know that they would fix the issue for $800 dollars. We paid $700 upfront and then did not hear from the technician back. We called asked what was taking so long they said the fee went up to $1,100. We ask they return the money and we have not had the money returned.

    They were dispatched to my home by Choice home warranty on 7/3, since then they have changed many parts of my a/c unit, claiming each time that he fixed the problem. it is 8/7 and it is still not working. I contacted Choice home warranty and asked for another company. Now CHW is stating that the parts are not covered due to cracks. There is no one who worked on the unit except him and CHW already approved ALL repairs. I paid $977.25 to CHW to replace everything so the only way that they are getting information is from **** who is providing FALSE information. Because if it was true they would not have had me pay and they would not have ordered the equipment and shipped it out and setup the additional appointment for **** mgt to repair it. The 2 reasons I didn't continue with them were I had an appt on 7/19 from 3-8 and he never called, texted or came & because ******* refused to send him on a day that I could be there. I am available 5 out of 7 days and he said he will only come Tuesday 8/6. after that it was another week. I said move someone else I've been waiting since 7/3 for your man to fix this, he was here 4 times and didn't do his job. I have been inconvenienced enough. He said NO. So, I still have a/c unit since 6/29. This company is not only incompetent but rude and nasty to the customers.
