    I placed an order for a Pumpkin Cheesecake to bring to Thanksgiving dinner, this is the fourth year in a row that I have done so. First couple were fine, the past two- especially the most recent one- were not good at all. I paid $76.95 with shipping fee and taxes. Way overpriced for the quality of product that I received. I followed instructions for storing and for serving it. But unfortunately this Cheesecake was a huge letdown, was dry and crumbled while slicing it. For this price, I expect a lot better. This will be my last purchase from Junior's.

    I ordered a celebration cheesecake for my birthday on 3-26-2024.and payed ***** total for it.when it came I followed instructions and put it in my frezzer.and put it in my frig the day before my bday on 3-30-2024.i went to cut my cake and it fell apart and had a weird taste to it like it was a old cake i throw it out.was the worst bday ever..would like a refund.

    I was given old food passed over as fresh. Homefries were rock hard and cold. Went back to get fresh food. Was given hard fries that were still cold again. Manager came out and went to say he talked to chef. Once again came out with hard fries. Ultimately gave them back because food they served was not edible.**************** location.

At Junior's, we are proud to stand behind our products, and do not ask for anyone to pay for food items or beverages which they are not happy with. We are happy to provide a full refund for this purchase, should a receipt be provided for this transaction, or can provide the exact date and last four digits of the credit card used for the transaction.  If the guest does not have the requested information, we are happy to provide a gift card of equal value for future purchases. 

    Our homefries are cooked fresh each morning, and never re-used.  They are, however, fried and crispy, rather than softer in texture like many other restaurants.  They should always be hot, however.  We apologize for any shortcoming on our part.

    Please return the requested information, and I will process the resolution quickly.

    Bought one of there "fabulous" cheesecakes at the store for almost twenty dollars for my birthday. As I was eating a piece of the cake, I bit into an long enormous strand of hair. I immediately spit it out. Called the hotline and reported the problem and was told that I was going to be promptly communicated with. Nothing happened. Terrible customer service and sub standard product that is overpriced.

    We went to lunch on Sunday Feb 5, 2023 at 12:30 at this restaurant. They gave us menus. The menus had both lunch and dinner prices. When we ordered lunch, we were told that they only had dinner prices. There was no indication anywhere, no one said anything, no signage, NOTHING. 12:30 is nowhere near dinner time. As we had matinee theatre tickets, we felt stuck and ordered. But we feel strongly that the restaurant should have made that change known to the customers. I feel like they have used the old "bait and switch" on us. We are senior citizens and are on tight budgets. They should either change their menus or put up signage on walls or on the tables or just white out the lunch prices, but be fair to the customers. We have no complaints about the food, just the higher prices without notice. They should invite us back to see that the changes have been made.

    I ordered food at 6:13pm from Juniors and they screwed up my order. I paid $67.28 for my order and they did not give what I payed for. They only gave my son his burger and fries and did not give me the shrimp and chicken combo. They gave me the shrimp with fries. I would like a partial refund for my order. I will report this incident to my Lieutenant.
