    My first complaint arose when I signed up for another event this year and they began this awful new practice of including additional fees and charges that are not negotiable for items we will never use that over 35% to the ticket price. Item such as a parking fee and a check fee. The parking fee is not the issue, the issue is several of us are going to carport together and when I explain this to customer service they said that's fine but each of you have to pay your own separate parking fee because it makes things easier, with the check fee , same with the several other nondisclosed fees that added over 35% to the bill. But then I could've let go because it's their deal if I don't like it enough I simply won't use it, however they use a third-party for billing that scams its customers. I left for vacation this week and upon arriving at my vacation destination I was informed by my credit card company that the credit card I plan to use on vacation was being frozen and I had to wait for a new one to come in the mail because of a fraudulent charge . The charge was from the third-party payment company they use trying to scam me for a membership I never agreed to pay that apparently comes standard when you purchase a ticket using their platform. So because I purchased a ticket on ******************************* and tough motor use them to process the check out they took it upon themselves to sign me up for a $100 membership with zero notification and tried to charge my card which got flagged for scams and shut down. When I contacted tough mudder about the issue and told them what happened they politely told me to blow it out my a** it's not their problem, which is a very similar response I got when I contact them about the unnecessary additional fees on their tickets. Oh and all they have completely lost the spirit they were founded with and are nothing but greed and terrible customer service today .

    We as a business completed an order for them back in 2022. We are still trying to collect almost $4000 from this company. They stopped responding to all communication as soon as we finished installing and tried to collect final payment. I would not recommend any other vendors work with them unless they get all of their money up front. Their AP team is giving me the runaround and are very slow in their responses. They have been looking for reasons and coming up with excuses on why they haven't paid their bill. We have advised our corporate office to let all other franchises know not to work with this company.

    Registered for a race in August 2022. They cancelled the race and never contacted me about it to be able to "apply for a refund", and when I contacted them about it they said that it was too late to get a refund on the cancelled event. Very dirty customer service practices, steer clear at all costs.

    They create events and then cancel them without refunding processing fees. Imagine how much money is collected from fees on these fake events they create. Tough mudder will just tell you sorry these fees are non refundable. Terrible business ethic!

    Awful customer service, awful company, awful experience overall. Strongly recommend you steer clear of these crooks. They've got no problems "rescheduling" your event to next year in a different city and denying you a refund over it. Good luck getting a reply out of customer service beyond a cookie cutter "were sorry but we can't refund you".
