    I bought a 8 foot USB-C to USB-C PVC Cable - White from Target in the middle of August, and it broke this morning. They offer lifetime warranty, but they are trying to make me pay $7.50 for shipping for a replacement product. The original product was $12.99, so this shipping fee is ridiculous. The product did not work for more than 2 months, so I refuse to pay the shipping for a replacement.

    I initially purchased a 6ft charging cable from a ********* for its lifetime warranty. It went bad within weeks. I received a replacement cord that also went bad within weeks of receiving it. They requested a $7.50 fee for warranty replacements which is nowhere mentioned on their product box. They don't answer emails or return phone messages. At the rate this going, I could be paying $70 for a cord that fails within the year. I refuse to pay another $7.50 for another replacement. Another cord that fails way too soon. These cords last 6 weeks or less.*** ******* Original purchase 5/26/23 Replacement date 7/31/23 After the original purchase, they didn't respond to any phone or email questions about the $7.50. Too soon to need a replacement so why the fee. The only way to get any action from this company is to file a warranty claim and pay $7.50.Refund the $7.50 and send a cord without a fail history.

    Brought a 10ft lightening cable charger. A month later it no longer works and the cable literally has burnt like fibers coming out of it. Tried to file for the lifetime warranty replacement and they expect me to pay for shipping, absolutely ridiculous after just a month of usage.

    I purchased a pink 6 ft extra strength charging cable from ********* on May 11, 2023 with the understanding that this company provides a warranty on their products. Less than two weeks later the charging cord is no longer working correctly. I attempted to file the warranty information on the Just Wireless website but they expect me to pay $7.50 for shipping the replacement product to me. I dont agree that I should have to pay them to ship me a new product when the initial product didnt even work correctly for two weeks.

    I originally reached out to Just Wireless warranty department at the end of November 2022 about lightning cables that I had purchased that broke or stopped working. Initially, they indicated that they sent replacements & provided tracking information. However, I never received the replacements & the tracking information never updated online, so I reached back out. Then they were out of the ************** I originally had. We went back & forth a bit, and I was trying to understand the difference between the different cables, comparable options to what I had originally purchased, and what my options were since they no longer had like-for-like replacements from what I originally purchased. They were rude in some of their interactions with me, and then they stopped responding to me completely. *** reached out a few times since then and received zero response at all. So here I am, 3 months later, with no replacements for my items that should be covered under warranty. One of the reasons I purchased their items originally was because of the lifetime warranty they offer on their products. But, as a customer, if I cant get the replacements & then the employees are rude & unresponsive, then there really is no benefit to purchasing something with a lifetime warranty. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Just Wireless, and at this point, I would like a refund from the products I have purchased from Just Wireless so I can purchase replacement lightning cables with a company that treats their customers with ***************** to their inquiries.

    March 4 2022 i bought a 6ft pink , lightning cable extra strength from just wireless. This product has a lifetime warranty . I have the box the receipt . I wrote them for a replacement on the product . It has a lifetime warranty and im expected to pay **** for shipping to have a faulty product replaced. . That is not right.
