    Berkey had advertised on their website products visible slashed prices and offered for free. These include freeze dried vegetables, 2 containers and 6 buckets of whey powdered milk. I ordered these as they were offered for free, shipping was also free and it was processed with a confirmation number for free. Berkey refuses to send my products which date back to late October 2023.There are 3 free orders in all, with 3 order and confirmation numbers. 2 orders of whey, totaling 12 buckets and 1 order of freeze dried vegetables containing 2 buckets. All orders were followed up with a Thank You for your order from ******(?), the company president.Berkey states I will not get my products because I did not pay for them. I supported my claim to ship my products for free with all 3 confirmations listing free products, free shipping. I stated they were offered for free, ordered for free, confirmed as such so they are free as advertised and ordered/purchased.I think they are trying to purge me out of their system as I received an email April 3, 2024 that all 3 orders were shipped and they have not been received to date. There were never any tracking numbers provided. Now, they are marked as prepared for shippingIm not asking for anything that wasnt advertised. If you need more supporting documentation, please let me know. I have been sending emails for months with no reply until April when it stated all 3 orders shipped out. This was a lie because there is no tracking for them. Ive asked numerous times so I could be home to receive.

    Hello. Contrary to what this business says, I am not here to make problems for them.

    I went on their website, ordered products that was listed for free and have had nothing but grief since. They fail to mention that I am a repeat customer of **********************. 

    They also fail to mention that I have received emails stating my products  have shipped as they were ordered, free as I have confirmation numbers and order numbers of such.

    if this was indeed an error, how was I able to reorder the same merchandise months after my initial order. If that was the case the company had several months to rectify the problem, if any. There was nothing scrupulous about going into their website, seeeing and ordering products listed as free and expecting said products. 

    There has never been any offers to correct this. I have emails stating my products have shipped on May 3rd 2024 and it only being a lie to try to purge me and these orders from their system. 

    I am willing to compromise. I will accept the 2 buckets of freeze dried vegetables and the 6 buckets of whey milk instead of 12, just to put this all behind us if this ships immediately. 

    The company has not offered any solution except for pay the amount due for the products, which by the way is zero dollars. Maybe this was an error that the company neglected to fix or just didnt care but my orders were placed legitimately with corresponding order numbers and shipment, all free of charge. 

    If the company refuses to compromise and settle I would ask the state of ******** to intervene and see this through to protect consumers as I am sure I am not the only person to place this order with this company. Im just the only one to stand up and speak out.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    My complaint was bought out with a check for not even a tenth of the complaint amount. The company had a year to go in and modify their policies and websites to look like my error and ignorance, thats the American way and the way the system works.


    They did agree to an $80.00 buyout and I accepted because something is better than nothing. The company did hold up to an agreement after more than a year of back and fourth, but they did see it through, finally.

    Thank You for accepting at least some responsibility.

    I ordered a Travel My Berkey water ************* Stand (Order number ********) on Jan 28, 2022. I bought this for a very specific purpose to be used in a very specific spot in my office/place of business, in order to offer clients clean drinking water which is sometimes needed in order for the device I use on clients to work as they need to hydrated. Upon receiving the water filter, it would not fit in the place I need it to in my small office space so would not work for me. I checked their return policy which is stated below. I contacted them about a return and they sent me a return prepaid shipping label. I shipped it out immediately which was right around the 30 days. Since shipping it out, I have not heard from the company on whether they received it or if they were accepting the return. I have emailed them several times to inquire and left messages. I did hear from them one time when they thought that I was placing an order, but then never got any follow up.
