            I contacted the owner of Create The Dish, LLC in March of 2024 She goes by Sunshine S**** and Bee S**** according to her ******** profile. She was hired to cater to mother's on May 12th, 2024. I paid an invoice/ contract on April 15th, 2024. I contact her 1 week and 2 days before the event just to confirm her presence and she stated "yes" via text message. On the day of the event I received a no call no show. Her sister Titiana C********* stated she was in a car accident and unresponsive the night before the event. I sent the chef and her sister a message on May 13th 2024 demanding my money paid back in full. The owner of Create The Dish, LLC has been celebrating her brothers birthday, out partying with friends and family members but has yet to send me my money via ***** as stated in the text message.

            BBB spoke to the business owner and the following was relayed: I've reached out to her directly.  If she'd like to discuss this matter, I'd be happy to talk with- please call me back.  The total after tax was $778.00 after taxes.    The invoice system states that there is no refunds, but the date the can be changed based on availability.  However, as I said I'd be happy to work with her on this if she'd to return my messages.  Thank you.

            Per the invoice/ contract it clearly states that deposits are refundable if there is a cancelation on the chefs part. In this matter the chef never showed up to her scheduled event. The invoice clearly states a total of $787.50 was paid on April 15th, 2024. I will not be rescheduling another event with this business. I AM EXPECTING A FULL REFUND!
