Better Business Bureau investigated Colvin Consulting Group with the initial contact on December 4, 2024, asking the following: response to customer complaints, how does the business find it's customers, list of all locations both physical and remote, a valid company phone number, list of all states they collect in, proof of licensing, bonding, and registration required by city or town in which the business is located, Federal EIN number, all state licensing, list of all the company owners and companies they have ownership in, and other general business questions. As of January 17, 2025, Colvin Consulting Group has not responded regarding the questions we have addressed. BBB has concerns about business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on the lack of responsiveness from the business.
