I called in a service due to having low water pressure the plumber came out and spent a total of 10 minutes in my bathroom and in my bathroom to tell me I needed all new fixtures. That charge was $52.00. He went to his vehicle to provide me with a quote to replace the fixtures for those two units (sink and tub/shower) which was quoted at 1619.20. He said to call back once I purchased the new hardware. Needless to say I will not be spending 1600 to replace two external units.

Joe N***** gave me a very detailed list of work to be done and material and labor to move and upgrade my breaker panel and move it and my electric meter to another part of the house. The technicians', Nick and 2 others took 2 days to do a very complicated job and, in the end, looks perfect. Work crew was friendly and hard working.

Logan B did a great job replacing a faulty overflow valve that was on my New Hot Water Tank that T-Mark installed in July 2022. She was pleasant and listened to me and it only took her a 1/2 an hour. 2 techs had already been to my home the previous day. I'm not sure exactly why Tech 1 sent Tech 2 wihtout testing anything. All I did was inform the tech that I had high water pressure and therefore, I had a PRV installed in 2018, when I bought the home to protect my home & appliances. The water pressure tested at the proper rate when I checked it, meaning the PRV was working properly. Since I didn't get the valve replaced until day 2, day 1 was a waste of time, and management kindly waived my service fee, The part itself was covered under warranty. The part could have easily been replaced by Tech 1. I was not happy that they were trying to install parts that were not necessary, before just replacing the leaky valve. There was no evidence that my PRV was faulty or that I needed an expansion tank at that point. You can inform me if replacing the faulty valve didn't work, then we may need to address another part, but who is spending money on additional parts until it's proven needed, especially given what I already had installed was fairly new? Thank you for replacing the leaky valve; I have not seen a drop of water since, and that was 10 days ago. The 5 stars are for Logan, I would give 4 stars for the overalll experience with the company.

I’m not sure where to start because this company is AMAZING!!! We had an new furnace, air conditioner (moved it to a different area too) and tankless water heater all replaced by this AMAZING company.. Cody and Mike were hands down the BEST technicians and workers we have ever dealt with. They were so informative and knowledgable. We had some concerns and questions and the answers they gave just put our minds at ease. I have to mention even talking to service representatives when I called the office for a question, they were courteous and so friendly and patient with me. I would recommend TMark Plumbing and Heating to anyone and EVERYONE!! Use them they are GREAT. You won’t be disappointed.

Was taken advantage of I feel do to my age and recently widowed. Had 2 gas leaks was quoted $3400 to have all gas lines replaced. They had to come back 5 times because these new gas lines they said I needed had more leaks and not the original 2 leaks. Was without heat for 14 days in October. I spoke to receptionist as did my family members and they did not seem to care about my situation and were rude

There was a very high mark up on their estimates. I chose them because of BBB reviews. To me an "estimate" should not be the "final total". To save some money I purchased 2 **** faucets. They deducted $300 for that. I spent $60 each at **** *****. Yikes!! They at least broke down the items in the estimate where the previous plumber I sought an estimate for only gave me 1 bulk price. There was a possibility more damage was done in my tub drain but they at least gave me a estimate if that was the case and it was. Also why I chose them. They did not leave enough pipe for the faucet install to be completed by the party installing the dry wall and ceramic tile in the shower area allowing room for new dry wall and ceramic tile. When I brought it to their attention, they sarcastically commented, "well your Tile Man should know what he's doing right". They dented pretty badly the drain on one of the twin kitchen sinks. At least the drain stopper still holds the water in the sink. Not happy. I did not examine every single replacement they did which is my fault. Buyer beware. They spent the day here with all the faucets that had to be replaced but disappeared for 2 hours!! They seemed to be rushing toward the end. Would not use this company ever again. I believe they also took advantage of me as a woman.

Professional, curtious,on time answered phone, informative easy to navigate website. Troubleshooted problem and fixed problem fast and came back to address unforeseen challenge in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.
