Black Rock Roofing did a roof for us near Springville, NY and did an AMAZING job! They showed up on time, their workers were curious and kind, they worked efficiently and cleaned up everything (even nails with the magnet)! They explained to us what type of roof was best for our home and made the process so easy. We also loved that they are a family run and owned company; it truly shows in their business practice. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof!

I've used Black Rock for all of the roofing, siding, and gutter work on my ******** ***. house since the late 1980s. They have never disappointed! Their estimates are always fair and the work teams are always prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. And perhaps most importantly, their work stands up to the test of time. In fact, I've never needed the smallest repair of their work in over 30 years, until the 65+-mph winds of the 2022 Christmas storm finally knocked a single strip of very old siding off a high window canopy. Although I'd always been very pleased with Black Rock for my large, full siding and roofing jobs, I thought it would take some time for them to fit that very tiny repair into their schedule. But a Black Rock team came out and completed it the very next day! That kind of responsiveness--for jobs both large and small--is hard to find, and very much appreciated.

What an amazing experience beginning to end! From the young lady who made my initial estimate appointment, to Joe R. the sales rep. (who was quite possibly the most honest, up front and non-aggressive sales person I've ever dealt with). He was prompt, polite & detailed, explaining everything thoroughly & more importantly in a way I would understand as we can't all be contractors/roofers who know the language or ins/outs. He even said at one point that if I chose to go in a different direction, to not let anyone talk me into doing the job as I initial wanted because it was the easy way and not the proper way (and for the record 2 other companies where willing to do exactly that and did not explain the potential issues that could arise as a result). Joe was accommodating & patient with my schedule & questions. Bottom line is he sold me on going with Black Rock Roofing (I had 4 total quotes) & while not the cheapest (middle of the road and worth every penny) it was quite possibly the best homeowners decision I've made over the 18 years in my home. Dave, the crew chief called me twice (I was not home & had a family member present) to review details of the job & to make sure we were all on the same page. Once arriving home, I was immediately greeted by several members of the crew, including Dave, who proceeded to take me through everything that had been done & yet to be done & asked if I had any questions or concerns (there were none). This was a whole house tear-off & re-roof. The clean-up was nearly impeccable (I'm very particular & walked the perimeter of the property finding exactly 3 nails & a small handful of scrap material. They even took a bunch of extra garbage I had accumulated from an addition I just framed in without me asking. The work was simply amazing, the interactions informative and pleasant. Bottom line, Black Rock Roofing gets my ringing endorsement for any roofing needs, no doubt about it! - ****

I chose Black Rock Roofing to do my roof & gutters because they were highly referred to me by my son who had his roof installed by them recently . From start to finish , I found the customer service to be exceptional . The roofing job was completed in ONE day by a hard working crew . The Foreman introduced himself when they showed up in the morning & explained the process . After the job was complete I was impressed to see how they preformed such a THOROUGH clean up & they went around with a magnet checking for nails . The gutters were installed only a few days later . Recommend Black Rock Roofing to all those who are looking for a quality job preformed by hard working family owned an operated business with a great customer service system .
