Farmbria raised their price extremely higher than everyone else. They are conveniently located on ******. For example, the price of butter is 1495 where everywhere else is eight dollars I think food bizarre is taken advantage of the community. They aredoing price hiking. I think the Better Business Bureau should take a look into the supermarket ASAP. I also bought food that was spoiled or expired. I also saw roaches on the cabbage. They even sell, spoiled fish. Be careful of what youbuy out of this supermarket. I think the supermarket should be shut down because of safety reasons. Please take my complaint under consideration. I am a law, abiding citizen, and I would like to know that this complaint system really work. They are taking advantage of the inflation that is going on and theinflation is because the owner of that supermarket is taken advantage of raising the price of everything when everyone else prices are much lower I think meat also need to be inspected Because I bought spoil fish and also spoiled turkey neck. I do not advise anyone to go to that supermarket to spend their hard earned you better off going to ************

On a recent trip, after finishing my shopping, I walked near the self-checkout area and a young man, screaming "cash" or "card" aggressively herded me into that area and directed me to one of the machines. After attempting to scan several items in accordance with the instructions being broadcast from the machine, the machine appeared to malfunction and was not registering all of the items and then broadcast an alert to wait for assistance. In fact, several of the machines simultaneously starting announcing the same message. The same young man, after attending to another customer, came over to me and accused me of deliberately not scanning items and then started cursing in English and Spanish. At the time, I cautioned him about his profanity but I still feel I need to bring to the store's attention the inappropriateness of the attendant's behavior. His false accusations were extremely offensive and coupled with the frustration of using machines that are possibly defective gives me pause about continuing to shop at a store where I have been shopping for over 50 years--when as a teenager in the 1970s, the same building was a Pathmark supermarket. Needless to say, if I continue to shop at this store, I will absolutely steer clear of the self-checkout machines. But more importantly, customers and older shoppers should not be abused and insulted by someone with little to no experience and clearly no aptitude for customer service.

I Shopped at Farmbria Food Bazaar yesterday (12/5/22) and I had a terrible experience with one of the new Supervisor. He would not give his name but seems to be a Mid-Easterner with a deep accent. I bought Natural Garden Pomegranate Juice that was priced at $4.99. The cashier, *****, rang the item for $6.99. I contested the price and she called the Supervisor who checked the price, saw that it was indeed $4.99 but insist that I pay $6.99. The Supervisor's excuse is that the $4.99 price visible had expired. He insisted that I pay the $6.99 and I refused. The supervisor was very rude and disrespectful. I stood at the register for a good 15 minutes, refusing to leave until I speak to the Store Manager. The Supervisor refused to get the Manager but left and came back and agreed to allow me to have the Pomegranate juice for $4.99 each. This was after a twenty five minutes standoff and the disrespectfulness that went with it. Even as I left, the Supervisor was continuing his rude attitude and he did not apologize. This all happened during my lunch break from work when time restraints was a factor. I've been shopping at this supermarket for more than 35 years and it had changed owners several times over that period. Recently, these are new owners with new staff. The service had not been the same since these owners took over and the prices had become astronomical.
