    Refund Request Order #***** -Did not receive this order Order # ***** was placed on July 9th, it is past the companys guaranteed processing time, I requested to cancel it after receiving damaged goods from order # ***** and #*****. Order #***** hasnt been shipped and I advised the company of the refund given by my bank and to not ship the order. I am requesting a refund of the $75.00 I paid for order #***** since I never received the items and the order was cancelled. The tracking number for this order is **************************.

    I placed two orders. One on July 10, 2024 and another on July 15, 2024. Keep in mind that I read over the shipping policy which states regular shipping has 5 Day processing time and 7 - 14 business day shipping time frame. I first emailed on 8/1 to check the status of my order. Received a generic ChatGPT response (the least you couldve did is greet me by name instead of customer lol), but decided to give them a bit of ****** as they do generate a lot of traffic. Fast forward to 8/19, I send another email and was given yet ANOTHER ChatGPT generated response. This is where I started getting ******. Its the audacity for them to advertise free 1-day shipping on their Instagram page when its been two months and I havent received anything! I requested a refund, and surprise surprise. No response. Decided to take it up a notch and comment on their Instagram about my order. Im assuming to save face, they deleted the comment and reached out via dm. After I responded to the message, no response but they continue to post and advertise their products ?? oh brother. I have tried to resolve this issue cordially on multiple occasions, but to ignore me, advertise 1-day shipping, and generate a tracking number to make it seem as though the product was sent out (the post office never received the product) is a slap in the face to someone who gave the business $180 total. I hate that I used my cash app on ***** Pay to purchase because the dispute process had been horrendous. My next step is a probably a court order of this isnt resolved. Long story short, I will no longer support this business.

    I purchased products from this business on March 2 2023 and have no update as of yet. Their website contradicts their claims that they ship out on specific days. Upon further investigation Ive found that this is a scam. She doesnt ship products as promised and also brags about fighting against refunds. I spent $140 + I paid for 3-5 days shipping. Order No. ***** And I am wanting a refund in full. The assistant who emailed me stated they ship out on fridays but this is a complete lie and I just need a refund as this company needs to be reevaluated ASAP.

    I purchased product from this company in December of 2021 and have still not received my purchase. I have been in contact with the company and have been refused a refund along with them not sending my purchase. I have received a tracking number after many emails but the purchase has still it been sent out. I have spent $150 and did not get any of my purchased items in return.

    I ordered body care products from this company in November. Ive emailed numerous times asking about shipping and delivery. I havent received any of what Ive ordered yet. The company post on TikTok promoting the business almost daily. I spent just under ********************************* the products and would like a refund.

    Unfortunately upon purchasing the bundle I did, I realized I wanted to simply cancel that order and actually place a different one. After weeks of being ignored I finally received a response agreeing to issue me a refund. Even more weeks have passed now and Ive been totally ignored with every contact method Ive used with this company. I simply wanted a refund that I was promised by the company. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, and after being outed as a scammer more than 20 times, I believe she just does this specifically to scam people.
