I just received a package of HP 60 ink from this company. Both boxes were dried-up old unused ink boxes. One had an exp of June 2012 and the other was April 2013. The exp dates were blacked out and a white sticker put over them. I will call Monday and try to get my money back.Review from Pat B

If I could give it no stars I would. I bought what I thought as advertised a brand new original HP toner cartridge. The package that arrived was in an old open box, as well as the cartridge shipped to me was the incorrect one. It was a waste of my time having to repackage and go to the post office to return it. Their excuse to my complaint over the condition of the shipment was because they purchase overstock lots in order to provide a better price and that they are brand new original cartridges and will work perfectly. I would not even try had it been the correct cartridge since the quality of the toner matters if not stored properly.

We sent the client which is as described an ** original item. Although the box looks different than what the client has purchased from other suppliers in the past, it does not mean that it is not an ** original. This is just another Box ** makes and this ** version has a higher yield then the other. ******* is the same as *****XC or *****X This client did not want to hear us or understand, we provided a shipping label and refunded the client.
