    On March 28,2023, I made a purchase of a washer and dryer from Service Time Appliance Cooling Heating. The total cost with a $100 delivery fee was $489.38. The day of delivery, on March 30,2023, I went to use the washer and the noise way extremely load, the spin on it was worse. Kasey the man that sold the machines to me was also the one to fix it, only to change put in a different motor. That did not make anything better. At that time, he said for me to take a bracket and screw it into the machine and wall to keep it from shaking in the spin cycle. (I did not take his advice!) I have called many time to get this resolved, was told they would replace the washer, which never happened. The day I was given as a replacement, I received a call stating the owners gr-daughter was in the ER, the date would take place that Wed. A few days later I went there in hopes to get some answers and Mike the owner yelled for me to get off his property, that he'd return my money and get the appliances. I am still waiting for any kind of a response from a letter my lawyer has sent to them about this matter. All of this was within the time-frame of their warranty in honoring it in replacing the washer. Due to the accident with his gr-daughter it pushed it beyond it. Had that not happened, the washer, I believe would of been delivered on the given day.

    We advised the consumer that we would give her a refund.  Unfortunately, we had a death in the family and was closed for a couple of days.  The consumer did a charge back with her credit card and they recouped the payment from us over a week ago.  We asked the consumer for our merchandise back and she refused.
