I decided to trade in a virtual **** gift card and turn it into cash. After doing some research online, Cash Our Cards was highly recommended so I decided to turn to them. After using their calculator, they offered me $206 for my $225 virtual **** gift card. Knowing it was Friday, I figured I would not hear anything back until Monday even though the email they sent me (and attached said wait 12 hours for an offer). I never heard anything back. I check the balance of the card and they had used the card on Sunday, October 13 and left 5.01 on the card stealing 219.98 from me! On top of that, his website is no longer up. I emailed him and gave him a chance to rectify his actions and I have heard nothing back. I want my money back and I will be filing a complaint with the FTC as well.

September 28th, 2024 - found the website Cashoutcardspro.com - I had in my possession a ******* brand gift card I wanted to trade for cash - card balance: $50.04 - NEVER used the card - entered my card information, submitted it, and was expecting payment within 24 hours max (exact verbatim that I read in my confirmation email i received once I entered my gift card information and preferred method of payment, which was *******) - provided with a “reference number”: *************  - checked gift card balance: the balance is ZERO. Again i never used it before selling it to this website. - have attempted to contact a live chat customer service representative multiple times considering that’s the ONLY method of contact to the business I can find. Never a reply. Rerouted me to email the website. - emailed them twice, no response. Crickets. I can provide the original confirmation email, but now I can’t even get to the website I sold this gift card to. It is telling me server not found, like it never even existed. It’s only $50 but I’m expecting, and single mother, and $50 can help a person in my position immensely. Please help, my youngest child has health issues, and I’m the sole source of income. $50 may be a small amount , but to my family that’s socks on their feet. Food in their belly. Clean clothing on their back. Please help me, I’m in a rough patch and can’t just let $50 get scammed from me.

I sent them two unused $500 gift cards from **** *** a month ago. Gave them my ******* info to be paid $920. The cards were both used by them on Sept 1 and Sept 3 which they confirmed. They said they were having an issue with ******* and to provide my ******, which I did. I never heard back after that. They will not reply.

This business was offering fast pay outs and guaranteed services purchasing gift cards. This was not thr case on Sept 17th I sought out sell **** ***** card worth 500 dollars I was told with in 12 15 hrs I would recieve payment which I have not received. Immediately they wiped the card then gave me an excuse servers where down. After dew days online help after I contacted them said it's been approved just waiting on payout depth. I'll recieve an email in couple hours. That did not happen either after 2 days finally a guy Richard M***** emailed me and said the card was waiting to be approved. Which back tracked the other guy telling me payout. Since then I have not had anyone contact me after numerous times of contacting them. They blocked me from the on line help. These guys are scam artist and thieves like to try find solution thank you
