This company plows my neighbors lawn, and every year they plow his entire driveway, which is about 5-6 feet wide, another 5-6 feet of his lawn, and then another 5-6 feet of my lawn, pushing all of the snow, dirt, and grass onto my lawn, and also pushes my snowbank back into my driveway, so I have to clean up their mess (pictures attached to complaint). I've reached out and have spoken with the owner before, and was assured it would not happen again, and the next snow storm it seems to get habitually worse. The most recent storm (pictures attached) was less than 4 inches of snow, so there is really no reason they need to move mountains like that over property lines. It's like they think they're on the TV show **** ****, but this is actually really pretty simple stuff, and should not have escalated to a BBB complaint. I am not looking for money, I am just asking them to stop digging up my lawn, moving my landscaping around, and pushing snow that I already shoveled back into my driveway. I would also like them to stop snow blowing my neighbors snow all over the side of my house. This does not seem like an unreasonable request, and could be considered a form of trespassing.

BBB spoke with the owner who said that there was no damage to the consumer's property.

    Customer response

Better Business Bureau:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, please review the photos attached, and see that my driveway is approximately 20 - 30 feet away from my neighbors, and there is plenty of room to plow their snow and not damage my lawn in the process. The plow scalps my neighbors lawn and my lawn, and pushes a mound of grass and dirt on my property. I also have rocks and small shrubs that are moved and/or damaged due to their negligence. All I am asking, and have asked this company to do multiple times is stop pushing snow, grass, and dirt onto my property and back into my driveway that was just shoveled. It does not seem like an unreasonable request.   Regards, ***** *********
