My agonizing pain as trauma seeing how he left me as he woke up drinking eating but fatigue as hind legs still weak and lesions on chest I was doing Holistic's trying to bring down bill to repeat bloodwork knowing unless I had money he would not be seen nor provided a Prescription.. Unfortunately this person has issued multiple threats (both online and in person) against multiple of our team members. Even in this review, she mentions a former team member by name and as has repeatedly threatened "a hot place awaiting for you". Veterinary medicine is by far and way the leading profession is suicide and threatening people like this are the reason why. The client was presented with multiple treatment options, multiple payment options, and multiple referral options, all of which were declined and instead met with threats against our team. Please remove this review as it is a continued direct threat against our team.

Whoever replied to BBB is lying. A “ Threat is when you threaten to do Bodily Harm. This is the intimidation tactics they use when they get exposed. I will submit Screenshots of others . Then holding the Ultrasound Appointment hostage if I did not leave a Deposit. Intentionally put Cats before my sick furson and left him for last knowing he could not be deprived of Water. My son was with me waiting in Car. Lied about Tech . Saying my dog was next . It was after twelve and he had left over 20 minutes ago. My son was watching all. When I confronted they brought him out quick? 4 hours and change without Water. The Vet wanted it done ASAP yet if I wanted I can go to same ER that saw him when he fell ill . Never Addressing a “ Major/ Chronic Gum infection nor Gingivitis nor provided Antibiotics. . Approved Vaccines knowing he was ill. When I pleaded if Vet can fill out an appeal letter so I can get Reimbursed for first Vet knowing status on his lungs, he did not have Lung disease but should have provided Oxygen as he had labored breathing due to probably pain they Ignored All. It all was about Money. Mgr said No. and emailed me a Blank letter No company Name, no Signature. I have it as all. They discriminated my furson as I. I’m Hispanic. They milked the minimum Donation as forced me I needed the Difference. Even Vet charging for what? Day of Ultrasound. Then removed. They will not Shut me up. I suffer from PTSD Anxiety as Depression and they shattered as Destroyed me forever. Yes. I said karma as God goes hand in hand and they all should be deprived of Health Insurance for their Children and left to pay full bill or else will not be seen. Both in a Clinic as Hospital. These Greedy Vets are pure Evil . to see how they will feel . I humbly request this not be removed as they caused my Dogs death after being intimidated by that Manager as owners knowing they were not going to help me. They are not Godschldren neither Vets in this era. They are Lucifer’s Children They are so Evil they are making frivolous accusations knowing I’m one step away in Suing them for falsely accusing with intimidation Tactics to silence me. We brought our newly adopted cat to cornerstone for a check up. The doctor noted to us that our cat’s ears had some dirt in them, but just to clean them out when we got home. They did not even offer testing or to clean out the ears themselves. The week following, my cat started to scratch at his ears more and more. I called them back and let them know that he started scratching and that I would like my cat to be seen, the only thing I had asked was that they waive the office visit fee as this was something that should have been offered at the initial appt when the dirt was seen in his ears. Not only did they refuse, they lied in our charts stating the doctor offered tested and we refused. We still brought him back and they “treated” him which did not work. We then brought him to another vet who found the issue: there was a massive ball of ear wax in his ear they missed not once but twice. They refused to make anything right and refused to admit they missed a glaring issue that another vet in ten seconds. They are super unprofessional and I’m not sure if they are properly certified to treat animals after reading the other reviews on here and on ******.

I was charged $70 to make appointment for my daughter’s dog. Upon checking my **** card the fee was still there; called office and told I’d had to tell them when I brought dog to get $70 back; it’s not my dog and my daughters ****** **** didn’t show and credit of $70 toward her $230 x-ray fee. Who does that???
