I never told you I wasn't returning your money and definitely not giving you the run around when we have spoken. Myself and My company is not a fraud if anyone is a fraud it is you. Fraud? You Met with the seller at the gas station?? When you met with the seller you told them you wanted to cut me out of the deal. Which is against the Non Disclosure Agreement that you signed which stated that you cannot **************************** The reason why the deal went bad was because of you trying to circumvent my company which made the seller feel that you couldn't be trusted. The Sellers then mentioned to me that you were still calling them trying to work a deal behind my back and once again I never said you were not receiving your money back. You will be receiving your money back once the business gets sold. Once again thank you for circumventing our company it got you nowhere. Other Brokers beware of this guy.

On August 29th, 2022 you signed a letter of Intent after visiting the location and wanting to move forward. You also completed and sent over all necessary applications that were required by the fuel company for approval and we were in communication. On Sept 22nd 2022 you decided to back out of the deal because you didn't want to wait any longer for the approval process. You cancelled after the due diligence period. The paperwork which you reviewed and signed stated that clearly. Since you were past the due diligence period, my company did offer to credit you the deposit towards another location that you may be interested in. I don't feel that it is necessary to slander my company.Initial Complaint

On April 9 2022 you signed a letter of Intent after visiting and meeting with the Seller. The Letter of intent that was signed was tampered by you after the seller signed it. You added your own provisions to the signed agreement afterwards because you knew the seller would of never agreed and signed off on that. The seller sent you all the paperwork you needed in the beginning of the process in which you held onto the paperwork even after cancelling the deal on May 31st 2022 which was past the due diligence period. The seller lost many opportunities with other buyers by you doing this and hindered the seller from selling the business. My company is more than happy to credit you the money towards another location even though you cancelled after the due diligence period and tampered with a legal document.Initial Complaint

I sent nationwide brokerage group a 10k deposit to get the address and look at a gas station. After I saw the station, I didnt like it because its nothing like what they said in the ad. This brokerage lies a lot. Its been 3 weeks and I havent received my deposit back.Business response

You did send my company a deposit, but it was only after signing a letter of Intent to move forward on this location. It was never just to receive an address. My company does not charge anyone to receive an address you must have us mistaken for a different company you had worked with in the past. Our description of the location is exactly what I stated which came directly from the seller. My company is sorry to hear that this process is taking so long to receive you refund. Everything was submitted for refund but with Covid-19 on the rise again things are moving slowly again. My company will be refunding you.Initial Complaint

******************* from brokerage group took 5 thousands dollars from me for deposit and he said if you don't end up buying the gas station I will return it ,its just a deposit After I drove 4 hours to the gas station and it was vacated destroyed gas station I told him I'm not interested and I need my money back,he never gave me my money back I called and texted him several timeBusiness response

As described in my advertisement the station is closed at the moment that is why it is being sold for $10,000 and not being sold for $100,000 if it was up in running condition. The station included four months of free rent and was within the buyers budget which he was aware that once the seller gets a tenant that the landlord will be remodeling the entire site. The buyer was aware of the condition of the site before driving four hours. As far as his refund, we have a court appointed accountant who issues the refunds on a first come basis. Once again we explained to buyer that we have no control over this process. We have apologized to the buyer for any delays and inconvenience this process *** have caused him.
