EVERY TIME A REPAIR WAS DONE, SOMETHING ELSE WOULD BREAK. WHEN THE RIGHT RAIL ON THE DISHWASHER WAS REPAIRED THE LEFT SIDE BROKE. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE. IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO REPAIR IT WHILE IT IS UNDER WARRANTY THEN I WANT IT REPLACED.

A Naab & Mohring technician came to our home on April 17, 2024 to re-install a rear adjustable leg for our ******* dishwasher, which was damaged by the technician at his previous visit on April 10, 2024. Naab and Mohring did not put anything on our kitchen hardwood floor for protection. The Technician had to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet to make this re-installation. The Technician tipped the dishwasher forward after removing from the cabinet and was trying to unscrew hardware with one hand and balance the dishwasher with the other hand. I saw a potential problem with the technician balancing the dishwasher and I held it to assist to prevent it from tipping over. The technician continued to hit the back of the machine, trying to reinstall the leg. When the technician left, we found damage on the floor which is a gouge in the shape of the corner of the dishwasher. We sent an e-mail and pictures to Naab and Mohring showing the damage. Naab and Mohring is saying that because I tried to help the technician to prevent the dishwasher from falling, that I am to blame. This is completely untrue. Attached please find pictures of the damage as well as an estimate from ** *******, the company who originally installed this hardwood floor. We would like Naab & Mohring to pay for this repair.

In 2019 we purchased a ***** dishwasher through Orville's appliance store along w a 5yr extended warranty. This warranty was w a company called *** **** who then had sub contracted with **** * ******** appliance services to work on a broken handle, then a cracked control panel. prior to these repairs the dishwasher functioned perfectly. when the second repair was being done, the service tech informed my wife that the unit was not powering up and he would have to order another power module. Coverage for this , now 4th part and repair, was denied by *** ***** *** **** then ended our coverage stating that repairs where now going to be over our liability amount and sent a "store credit " of $338.14 to Orvilles for us to use!!! the amount was what was left under the liability. to purchase a new dishwasher!! This is unacceptable to us, the appliance is just 4yrs old and the component to fix it is well below this figure, $139.50. We have gone around and around w Orvilles, *** **** , and **** * ******* on this w no resolution.

**** * ******* *** works for *** ****.We have to repair according to the rules they have set.If they deem not to repair any unit it is completely a new leaf decision.Orvilles sold them the contract when they purchased unit **** * ******* was not involved at all.I would recomed that owner reads contract and contact *** **** if settlement is not what contract states.
