Alan is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We were totally impressed with the time an effort he put into doing the inspection of the home we plan to purchase. He looked at things that I would have never even considered checking. He spent 3 hours, much to the dismay of the owners, going over every detail of the home. He reminded us several times that we were his client and he was going to do his best to give us the information we needed to make on informed decision before purchasing a home. He explained a great deal of things about a homes structure, in a way that we could understand. He did not talk down to us like we should know certain things - he is without a doubt professional. I would highly recommend Alan for a home inspection and feel comfortable in the knowledge that he will give an honest opinion on potential issues that you might face in the future.Review from Martha Z

I would recommend Alan’s services to anyone looking for a home inspection. I’m in the process of buying my first home and Alan broke down the inspection in a way that is understandable and accessible for anyone with limited to professional understanding of this process. I really appreciated that he explained every step as we were going through the house. As a first time homebuyer, I walked away with so much more knowledge and understanding.Review from Bruce D.

Alan is great. Alan has helped my wife and I out now three times. Extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Alan has gone above and beyond every house visit we have had him out for. There are not many like Alan in the industry definitely one of the great ones.Review from Sharleen S

Alan is a great inspector! Many of my buyers have used his services & were very pleased. My family personally used him for a pre-inspection before listing our parent's home & he pointed out some items we hadn't realized we should address before listing.Review from Bill S

Efficient, attentive, and affordable. We had Alan come out to look at our future house and he gave us a breakdown of what the rules and laws were for what the job would entail. He went throughout the house with a educated eye and found a few tweaks that should not have been there. Those things that he found actually saved us money. He pointed out a few things that were done, that were a little bit shady by the homeowner.. but that was good because it gave us the knowledge on the type of seller we were dealing with. We would not have had that insight without Alan‘s knowledge. His experience and insight proved to be very important to the purchase of our house and I absolutely cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his work. With everything that was done I was expecting a large bill and Alan‘s fee was very affordable. My wife and I highly recommend him.
