The owner of this store engaged in massive price gouging and other unethical practices. Megan ******************** was paid (highly) to supply cabinets, tile and stone for our kitchen and baths. The cabinets did not fit and were not the grade we paid for. We waited 8 months for them even though she charged the full amount by mistake - so she had the full amount while we waited. She charged a 700% markup on our tile and when we found out (she accidentally sent the ** for it), she said her assistant screwed it up and ordered a sub par tile while charging the higher amount. After waiting almost a year for tiles we were told would come in 3 weeks, we finally got out money back from ***** Everything we actually got and paid dearly for was just wrong - not what we ordered. The most frustrating part was she would avoid communicating because she couldnt supply the goods. When she finally would respond, there would be lies and confusion. The general consensus with the *** and some of her other clients is that she is struggling to run the business and is marking up goods and and keeping customers waiting because she is having financial issues. I cant change what happened to us by the urge you to please stay away from the store.
