    I purchased my vehicle January 2024. The tires were not new and I had to change the brakes and rotors a month into having the vehicle. I had my vehicle serviced at their shop because I had free oil changes. The day after my oil change, my check engine light came on and my battery kept dying. I popped the hood and there was oil all over. I wasn’t able to drive the vehicle because the battery kept dying. They finally had someone drive out to me and I was told the oil cap was never put on after the oil change. Battery replaced engine cleaned. After this occured weeks later the new battery died again. I then was told I needed a new transmission. I used a lender from spacc for the battery problems but when the transmission had to be changed I was told by the owner Larry senior that they don’t lend cars. I asked if his policy pushed since the previous week, in which he responded they never do that. On top of horrible customer service ,They charged me full price for their mistake each and every time.

    The customer purchased her vehicle on Sept 9 2022 not in January of 2024.  The brakes that were on it were brand new when she purchased it.  So she may have done brakes in 2024 but in 2022 the brakes were brand new.  I will concur that the customer did have to pay for a battery and alternator 9 months after she purchased the vehicle.  We have done numerous services on the vehicle all at no charge.  There is no history of ever doing a transmission replacement.  If it was replaced it was not done at our dealership so I cannot speak about this.  I do know when the alternator and battery acted up it stranded the customer at ********* and we did send 2 techs to help her out.  The customer has asked for a refund I'm not sure what she would like a refund for as the only thing she has paid for was a battery and alternator on May 10 2023.  Please advise if there is other issues we are unaware of.

    I purchased a car from this dealer, took it home without giving my down payment, and knew it needed a dent fixed, but had arranged to bring it back during the week. First was the LIE the owner made on the inspection sticker saying the miles were lower than what they were. Had the financial person change the actual miles in the paperwork so have proof he lied about mileage, and he tried saying it was still the same miles on the car as when he took it in, but his daughter had been driving the car on dealer plates for over 400 miles…. Once I had the car I realized a problem with the audio touch screen flickering and let the salesperson know right away I wanted it fixed when she had the car to fix the dent and detail it. I got the car back the dent was fixed the car was barely detailed the screen wasn’t even looked at claiming they couldn’t replicate the issue, they returned it to me with no gas ,and over 100 miles more on the car, and cracked my brand new license plates when putting them on. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction and was told I would get a call the next day. Instead of a call I got a text from the salesperson requesting pictures and basically proof of my complaints, no call and requested a call from the general manager, no call from anyone!

    I answered a ad that said 0 down and 150 a month when I got there it had changed to 500 down so I still said ok then they had me sign papers and after that they told me the payment was almost 400 a month and I took possession of the car the next day I tried to take it back thinking I had 3 days right of resition they informed me I signed a waiver and they never told me that the car had lots of problems and I took there to be fixed numures times and it never got fixed it was a junk car so I couldn’t afford to pay for it so I took it back and left it there never should’ve been financed I am on so I receive 1000.00 a month to try to live on I don’t know how they got it financed but I’m sure they didn’t tell the truth to the finance company if you can help me in anyway I would truly appreciate it thank you ***** * *****

    Mr ****** bought a vehicle for his wife who consequently left him within a few days of purchase.  He then chose to not make his payments on the vehicle and the vehicle was repossessed.

    Everything that the company said is untrue I don’t have a wife and I took the car to there lot and left it there it was not repossessed from me I wasn’t going to pay for a car that is not safe to drive they had numerous opportunities to fix it and never did they are being very untruthful and I feel they ripped me off it should never have been financed I live on so 1000.00 a month I don’t know how they did it but it had to be criminal

    I bought a used 2017 **** **** from them on 11-7-2023. The next morning i took the plow off and the truck started "squeaking" when i turned. I messaged my salesman about it at 6:26 am on 11-8-2023. He told me he would schedule me with the service department to get the issue resolved. I took the truck back to them on 11-15-2023 at 9:00am. They had the truck until 11-17-2023 at 10:30 am. They told me they would not fix the issue just grease it. On the **** front ends nothing is greaseable so that would not work. It needs a new ball joint. The truck is still squeaking and they said they would not do anything else to it. The truck has a 60 day 3,000 mile warranty on it. They put the wrong mileage down on the paperwork and i told them to update that and they wont do that either. Mileage on warranty is 50,608. The mileage when i bought the truck was 58,606. I have a car fax to prove it.

    I bought a 2020 *** for 48,000 from Larry spacc march of last year. I went to trade the vehicle in and found out that the vehicle has a salvage record and I bought the truck with a clean title. They’re telling me they didn’t know without a solution. Now I owe 14,000 more than what the truck is worth and I know I never signed any papers stating the truck was a salvage. Again I paid nearly 50,000

    BBB spoke with Larry, the business owner, and the following was relayed: The auction we got the truck from gave it to us with a clean title.  NYS told us clean title.  There is a report somewhere that it has been involved in an accident.  ***** was made aware of this BEFORE he bought the truck.  We told him don't go through with the purchase deal if you don't like it.  He and his father decided to buy the truck after being made aware.  He bought it under that premise, he was made fully aware.  When he came up here a couple weeks ago, we said to him "we told you about that before you bought the truck."  He said "ya, but now.....   So again, he was made fully aware beforehand.  And to try and go above and beyond regardless, we told him to bring the truck here and we can see what kind of deal we can put together for him but he started yelling at us.  Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.   these are text messages from the sales representative and I from when I bought the truck. I was also told there was MINOR damage to the driver side bumper.i recently came upon pictures of my truck totaled in a salvage yard.     this truck could been fixed on this truck like exhaust manifold, spark plugs, cam phaser inside the engine should of been fixed on it in the first place, my have electrical problems as well, camshaft position sensor, i  have receipts for what i put into the truck & video proof that shows everything that they said from larry spacc *** in dunkirk,new york. ignition coils could of been fixed on it. so far i paid my truck so far $ 419.47 it still needs fixed with other problems with it. i hope you can help me i will be happy if you can. i couldn't never buy this truck from Larry spacc *** dealership i'm always broke because of it.

    well i buy a truck from larry spacc gmc dealership they put my trade in down payment into first auto thats warranty they can't do that i look at my paper stuff the dealership gave me when i buy a truck from them over 3 months ago. i have proof larry spacc gmc dealership did that in my paper work. that's warranty fraude that's why i'm almost paying $ 300.00 a months that's a big red flag plus i have mechanical problems with it. i have already have attorney general working the complaint because of what larry spacc gmc dealership did to me.

    BBB spoke to the owner of the business and the following was relayed: He has an extended warranty contract.  He actually submitted the extended warranty contract to the AG and they are confused like I am.  He's never brought his vehicle in.  His vehicle has never been here.  If he would bring his vehicle in, the extended warranty contract would cover his repair.

    Well when I tried to tell them that I wanted my tie rods change they insisted that I didn't know what I was talking about and that they were fine I also had to stand out in the cold for at least an hour waiting for my car because I wasn't allowed to have it back because they had four extra car lights show up on my dash after they did something to it they sweared at me they raise their hands at me three guys cornered me in the corner by the door and made me go outside made me feel very uncomfortable. One of the gentlemen told me he didn't care if my business was brought there or not another guy told me that I was a r*****. Mind you all this happened inside of this business. I brought my car in to get a tie rod on both sides in the front changed and also the swelling bars in the front changed and they refuse to change either they told me they weren't bad when they are so they allowed me to leave in an unsafe vehicle when I have four kids and a job I have to get to. after I was kicked out I went back to the door and poked my head in and asked the lady in there if she could just tell them to bring my car out please and I just wanted to leave I didn't want to stay there no more the old man then proceeded to say no don't do nothing for her therefore he didn't want me to have my car he wanted me to stand out in the cold and freeze. Mind you I did nothing to this guy he came out of the garage area I was sitting in the service part and a chair that another gentleman had told me to sit and wait in and he started yelling at me telling me I couldn't sit there that I need to go on the waiting room and I was nothing but a disruption and I was literally watching a video online I wasn't even saying anything at that point and I didn't start becoming disruptive until after that because they cornered me. He then tried to tell me that the lights that came on my dash after they fixed on my car we're already on there when I brought my vehicle in and he wasn't trying to fix that at first either. I want everyone held accountable for allowing me to leave there with an unsafe vehicle when I was complaining to them that It needed to be done that it was important and that it felt very unsafe and I have 4 kids that ride in my car. They iniated that they weren't bad I know what I'm talking about and I also went and got two different garages opinions about it and they ALL said that they were bad and needed replaced. I felt very disrespected when the guys I think his name is Friday says " that's fine if u never come.back u think u care if u come buy little 2000 car, mind u my car is over 18000. I honestly can not believe they talked to (me) their customers like that. I just bought my car in August and they passed it for inspections. So my question is is how did they miss all these bad pieces in the front if they just gave it an inspection because the pieces that went bad don't just go bad overnight. I also called them a few weeks ago and told them about this and when it first started and I got told that it was probably just ice in my tires and that I needed to just let it melt off so I did and it still didn't fix it called them again said I need him to look at it and I needed to headlight changed and they told me that they were going to be able to get me in for at least 3 days for a headlight? SO AFTER THAT THEY TRIED and FIXED THE REAR CONTROL ARM, THE RIGHT PAS The whole overall situation was just mind blowing. How do they even still have a business with the rude **** a few people( employee) like that give off? And when I get older I'll be one!!! more than half the mechanics there. I would NEVER WANT SOMEONE TO GO THREW THAT?!! It was embarrassing, disrespectful and the worst example I've seen yet!!! Not a **** one of them people should even be aloud work there anymore. Was SO BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCALLED FOR!!! ID LIKE TO SIT OUT FRONT OF THEIR BISONESS AND HOLD A SIGN THAT SAYS " LARRY SPACC OF GMC IN DUNKIRK, WELL HIS EMPLOYESS EVEN THE BUSINESS MANAGER OR WHO EVER HE IMAGES OF SOME THINGS IN THE FRONT AND THE S*** GOT PULLED OUT OF THE GARAGE WITH LIKE SIX DIFFERENT LIGHTS ON IT WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT EVERYBODY JUST TURNED AND DIDN'T WANT TO ANSWER ME. Larry wasn't to bad and Allison did try to help the situation maybe. But would never recommend someone to go there ever

I DID NOT LIT ANY TYPE CIG INSIDE THE BUILDING!!! The service was completely unacceptable! My car still runs like ****!! THEY TREATED ME WITH COMPLETE DISRESPECT YELLED SCREAMED AND KICKED ME OUT OF THE BUILDING, because my car pulled out of their garage with 4 different lights on it after they "worked on it". Completely unprofessional and something further needs to be done about this. I refuse to let them play the victim in a situation where they were being bullies to a female. The actions of the "workers" and so called "owner" we're just disgusting and again COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect and actually felt like I was being cornered by 3 guys! They tried to intimidate me because I'm a female.

    My car broke down on September 23,2022 had it towed to this dealership for it to be looked at and diagnosed. Was told initially that I had a warranty and it would cover the tear down and diagnosis of my vehicle. I was told I had the elite coverage . Upon diagnosis I was told that I no longer had a warranty and it ran out a year prior. During this call I was made aware that I then had to pay for the tear down and diagnosis and that they could not fix my vehicle unless paid out of pocket. I then towed it to my house and upon arrival found out that they never put my car back together and numerous parts were missing . I called them Monday 10/24 to ask them where my parts were and Matt the service manager told me they threw some of them out and that they didn’t have my parts and it was my responsibility to replace them . They billed me 176 dollars for the tear down . I don’t think this is fair to pay for their mistake and then pay for my missing parts . They have to have some kind of responsibility here.

    After consulting with my service manager, he tells me her warranty was expired, the parts we removed and threw out were bad spark plugs, and she is obligated to pay the tow bill we were billed for to get her vehicle here and she made one payment and has not paid the $128 balance. Her vehicle needs a MAJOR repair and apparently everywhere she takes it...we were stop #4.. they tell her the same thing. We are also a victim in this case as she is refusing to pay the balance on her towing bill. Should we counterfile a complaint against her??? Bet we cant right?

    I purchased a 2012 ***** ******* from Larry SPACC in Dunkirk, NY. It was delivered to me on May 11, 2022. As soon as I drove it, I heard a noise. Two days later, the engine light (catalytic converter) came on. I dropped the vehicle off at Larry SPACC on May 15, 2022. They had it until May 28. I took it to my mechanics 2x, but no repairs were done. They just did diagnostics. I took it to a dealership on Transit Road for more repairs from May 28 to May 30. I have a 2-year warranty that put my payments to $315 a month. It covered some of the repairs plus I had to pay $100. There are additional repairs needed that total over $2,000 that are not covered by the warranty. I can't afford this. I have not had this vehicle for very long, so it is not from me using it. I put $1,500 down. I was given $500 for a trade in. I have made 2 payments so far, but I cannot even drive it. I lost my second job because I can't get to it. I have to pay someone to get me to my first job. This vehicle is a money pit, and I am without transportation. I have tried to speak to people from Larry SPACC. The manager said that the vehicle was fine to drive. The mechanic won't answer my questions and just calls me honey. A salesman told me that they are used cars so I'm to expect it. He also said they have no idea what is wrong with any of the vehicles because they don't drive them. I need someone to help me resolve this.

    Larry SPACC dealership is saying I never reported these things. I have called there several times. The manager told me it was safe to drive. The one salesman told me the cars are used and THEY DON'T DRIVE THEM. I asked another one why Jen drove the vehicle from Dunkirk to Buffalo but never heard the loud noise. I heard it right away and it was so loud that the radio couldn't drown it out. He responded that Jen wouldn't even know where to put the oil in. What does that have to do with a loud noise. I tried to speak to the mechanic. All he did was call me honey. This is how a dealership does business? you stick me with a broken down vehicle with high payments because you tacked on a big warranty plan that does not cover all of the repairs. I can NOT drive the vehicle but I am stuck making payments. What is Larry SPACC going to do to remedy this??
