Dishonest Chevy dealership.. my Mother-in-Law brought her 2022 leased Trailblazer to this dealer when a check engine light appeared within the warranty timeframe. They cleared it and sent her on her way. 8 days later the check engine light reappears and they say it's now out of warranty and the part is back ordered for an unknown timeframe. They stated she would have to pay for the repair and rent a loaner at 60 dollars a day for possibly over 30 days. The only way out would be to lease a new car (Pressure Sales). They created a panic situation for my single elderly Mother-in-Law. I stopped her from renewing her lease and called Chevy corporate and the car is still under its powertrain warranty!! The dealer quoted her $300 dollars on a part that costs $1.89. These people are crooks and dishonest. I will be filing information with the Attorney General for dishonest sales practices. If management would like to fix their mistakes I encourage them to reach out.Review from SCOTT H

Hoselton Auto Mall is very difficult to deal with as far as trading in a vehicle. Buyer be ware they low ball, and scam you for your trade. I have given them several opportunities to redeem themselves now, and in the past They deal with you like the consumer is stupid, and doesn't do research before a trade is conducted. And they always tell you your trade is undesirable even if you have the highest, most desirable vehicle on the market. The educated consumer will not buy their scam, as there is way too much vehicle information on the web, with ***, and others. This in turn has prompted me to write this review as the public needs to know Hoselton auto mall are corrupt, and a complete rip off that insults your intelligence. I went believing a false ad that a sales man posted on his own Facebook page. He misrepresented the whole situation and made me believe I was leaving my money for a car I was approved for. In all reality he had not even ensured I would qualify for the vehicle and if I would get someone to finance me. He showed me break downs of what a down payment had to be in order to get specific monthly payments. Asked for a deposit which I provided to hold the car. After the sales rep ghosted me. Would not return calls or messages. Then when I finally got to contact anyone they informed me their reps would call back if they felt like it! I was offered another vehicle I did not take and asked for a refund. When I call to ask why I have not received my refund as of yet, I was told the refund was processed yesterday. When I also explained to this person who is suppose to be a manager what his sales rep did I was told “I can put you over to Randy to see why he did that to you.” To which I replied “it is against the law for a sales rep to make it seem as if you have been approved for anything if you have not been.” I told him how unprofessional he was as a manager. I really believe they are misrepresenting their products and abilities. I want to file a complaint but am not sure how!!Review from Alecia R

Called Hoselton on 7/13/2022 to schedule an appointment to test drive a 2008 **** ******* Sport Stock # ******** VIN# ***************** . Price on their website on 7/13/2022 $8995. On 7/14/2022 price was raised to $11,295 on their website. Price gouging at it's best!Review from Mark D.

So I needed an engine replacement and hoselton Toyota in East Rochester Marsh road was going to do it they also quoted me for a rear differential leak and for new tires balance and rotated. It seemed like a fair price even though I could have gone somewhere else for $1800 cheaper I was looking forward to a *** certified mechanic and a dealership to just do it right. Well I go to pick my car up on Friday and pay $7,800 they explained to me that they also did rear brakes and rotors which we did not talk about but I figured okay I'll just let it go and I'm happy to have my car back. I get home and the engine is leaking on my driveway I also realize one of my wind guards is cracked and my inspection was up in December... so I drop it off that Monday so they can take care of everything and they call me up and say it's going to be $1,100 more because my parking brake seized up??? And won't pass inspection like what??? Mind you I have owned this car for its whole life and have always worked on it I had just done the brakes 6 months before I brought them the car all new rotors and pads I'm surely not understanding where this is coming from? All in all there are definitely at fault and this is nowhere near professional I'm completely dissatisfied.
