Do not use this company and please read a fair and honest review.After 2 years since installation the system DOES NOT produce what was sold to me. Year 1 was at about 75% and took quite a bit of me badgering the owner to admit the design was wrong. He did do some tree work, and added 3 more panels and assured me this would fix it. Year 2 while it improved is still only at about 85% of what the contract says it will produce. I have been very patient and gave every opportunity to Green **** to fix this. I am happy to show all the emails so you can judge for yourself how patient I have been trying to get what was sold to me.Today I was informed by the owner there is nothing more he will do and if I want to buy more panels I could do that to try and fix it (kind of comical to tell me to buy more after the company just swindled me). I was also informed that after 2 years of ownership, the ** panels are no longer available so any panels I get will be different. Still need to look at what that means for the warranty I was promised, but I guess that is a worry I need to investigate with **.Lastly, when I called today and asked to speak with the owner, the assistant checks with him and tells me he is in a meeting. I get frustrated with this (and while there is no excuse for this, I am sure everyone would understand that I am upset as I have been ripped off), I drop the * bomb and all of the sudden the owner freaks out and starts talking over me. Need to be honest that makes him a liar and shady. Don't tell your customer you are in a meeting while you are listening in on the conversation (shameful behavior and unprofessional). As you are reading this, I freely admitted what I did and should not use that language, but what he did is unethical and unbecoming of a good owner.To summarize, You would be foolish even getting a quote from this company as they will falsely advertise how much the system will produce and then it is very stressful even trying to get t

*****, Unfortunately we cant satisfy everyone. No company can... With well over ************************* our 10th year in business, you are the second person to complain about the system production. Thats a very very good track record by all standards. Some people just like to complain and will never be satisfied. Everyone reading this knows someone like that. That is you *****, and as a contractor who deals with homeowners daily, I strongly recommend any contractor who reads this and gets a call from you to walk away because you will be the same person the them. I believe it must follow you throughout life and all friends and family think the same. As i have said to you in those emails you mention, there are many variables at play calculating the production of a solar system. With every project we install we do our best to give the most accurate calculation for production. To satisfy you round one complaint i did a full audit of the system. I thought a tree was possibly miss calculated in the shade analysis so i paid out of pocket and cut a tree down for you and then also added multiple panels. It is possible if you maintained your trees better and pruned them then you production will be above and beyond your expectations. The large one in your back yard for instance, and some of the ones growing towards your home from the south. We have done all we can to satisfy you. Please if you will post the system size you received and the price. This way all the readers out there can compare that cost to the estimates they're receiving from our competition and they will call us for a quote. I am so glad you responded ***** It shows who you are and the type of company you are running. You made it personal and judged me where I stuck to the facts. You can talk about as many installs as you want, but I am not the only customer you have with issues and it appears the trend in the last 1-2 years is showing some issues. You for fact lied to your customer on the phone saying you were in a meeting and then listening in on the call. You sold a system that is 15% less than what you proposed (and this was 25% off year 1). Please do not blame trees that were there 2 years ago when you did your estimates. I did not add any trees. I have spent triple what I spent with you on many home projects and you are the ONLY company ever I have had an issue with. Lastly, you sort of prove my points by trying to let readers know your quote will be the cheapest. I would urge readers that you get what you pay for. It might be cheaper because you won't get the full value, just like my system. Again, I gave 2 years to fix the issue, which shows my patience and willingness to work this out. You walked away from your own design that is not producing what you sold.
