Re: United Radio Repair Order # **********. Repair technician diagnosed issue with product and provided a cost and time estimate for repair on Sep 12-13. Parts were estimated by 9/19. On 9/20, United Radio emailed an updated estimate of 10/3. On 10/4, United Radio emailed an updated estimate of 12/7. The non-availability of parts and repeated, implausible extension of the date for which parts would be received constitutes a breach of our agreement. I would never have agreed to a repair that would take months to complete.

Dr. ******'s parts arrived on October 10.  We repaired the headphones and shipped them out on the same day.  *** tracking no. ****************** scheduled to be deliver on Friday, October 14.  The repair cost of $122.88, charged to CC on file, includes all taxes and shipping.  While we understand his frustration and apologize for the delay in parts, it is our hope that this repair is acceptable to Dr. ******.

June 6th, i bought a ******* sterio at a local *** ****. June 14th i had a friend install it in the dash of my boat. The boat did not come out of the garage till about September 14th. One trip to the lake and radio went out. I sent it to a ******* repair shop. They called and said it had corrosion inside and will not repair it ! My radio did not get wet !! I sent it back within 1 week of going bad. There is no way a radio can corrode in that short of span. It had to have already been inside. I payed 11 bucks to ship it to them,, now their trying to charge me to ship it back THIS IS A JOKE. I would like justice. Hell the radio is in the dash with a flip down water protector. My radio did not get wet from me ,!!!!

Mr. ************ submitted his ******* ********** car radio for repair on 9/22/22 for an in warranty repair .  He indicated he was getting an "Amp error message on the display".  On 9/23/22 our technicians evaluated his unit for repair and found corrosion damage and evidence of liquid entry into the unit (Pictures attached).  That same day we reported our findings to Mr. ************ and due to this type of damage his warranty could not be honored and we would nit be able to repair his unit.  Mr. ************ stated that this was only purchased 3 months earlier and he didn't understand how this could be possible and requested we contact ******* to make an accommodation for him.  On 9/23, we emailed ******* explaining the situation and asked on Mr. ************'s behalf an accommodation to be made.  ******* responded back on 9/26 confirming due to the evidence of corrosion damage they will not honor his warranty or provide an accommodation for him.  We notified Mr. ************ that day of *******'s decision.  United Radio is unable to confirm what caused the corrosion damage or when it occurred, only that we found it present upon our evaluation.  Mr. ************'s radio is ready for return to him in the same condition it was received.  United Radio is not charging for the time and effort of our evaluation, we are only requesting the cost of return shipping back to him.

I purchased a **** ******** on May 30th and it arrived on June 2nd, 2022. The unit ceased to function a month later and a warranty claim was placed in the first week of July. **** advised that I needed to utilize United Radio for the warranty repair. I proceeded through their process of which they reportedly repaired the unit, however, it was received back in a damaged condition. I advised United Radio on August 15th that the unit arrived damaged and requested that a replacement unit be sent out. They declined to send a replacement unit and offered to have me send it in again to have it repaired. After a phone call and 3 emails over the past week or so, I have not received any resolution to the damaged unit. Frankly, I would be happy with a full refund or replacement given the amount of trouble.

I spoke to Mr. **** on 8/24/22 to offer a solution that was satisfactory to him.  United Radio contacted **** on his behalf and have arranged for his soundbar to be exchanged.  United Radio has sent Mr. **** a prepaid shipping label and a shipping carton to have his unit returned to us to facilitate the exchange.  Mr. **** indicated this solution was acceptable to him.
