Transaction Dates 6/17/24 200.00 deposit 8/6/24 2935.20 for Aug 3 move to storage; They were informed I would file a claim for floors 8/8/24 100.00 deposit 8/19/24 1925.00 for Aug 19 delivery. I told them I was filing a claim for breakage and other damage and received contact info from driver Total Paid $5160.20 I was promised pick up of my furniture and belongings from my rented apartment at *** ********* *** ********* ** *****. I was told that my furniture would be blanketed and that I could give special instructions for particular items. Items would be transported to Two Men and a Truck (TMaaT) storage facility while I awaited closing on my house. Then, Delivery from storage to new address at *** ****** *** ********* ** *****. They said I would need 2 trucks and 4 people. On the Aug 3 move date they added 2 more people without my permission. They were able to deliver my items with 1 truck and 3 people. All said they were blanketing my items. I was helping one mover take apart my treadmill. Drivers on Aug 19 reported items were found in storage un-blanketed. They delivered them un-blanketed. Almost all furniture was damaged in some way. Boxes and other items were wet. Many things need to be repaired and replaced. (Mattress, bookshelves, etc See photos) I was in contact with them about filing a claim. I sent them photos. They stopped taking my calls and emails. In one of the invoices it says I paid $100 additional for $20,000 of coverage, so I am not sure why they cannot process my claim and continue to ignore me. I am uploading photos and copies of invoices and a communication log. Please contact me if you need these attachments sent another way

I moved from Baldwinsville, NY to Manlius, NY on August 16, 2024. I hired Two Men And A Truck at 6514 Basile Rowe, East Syracuse to move me. They broke my new dresser. They broke a center leg right off the dresser as well as broke the left side of the dresser where you screw the legs onto the dresser. They broke the glass carousel in my microwave, they turned legs on my sofa, loveseat, and sofa bed, coffee table has scratches on the legs and top right corner was chipped, end tables legs were scratched up, my bed has a chip on it and was scratched up, my box spring was ripped, dining room chairs have paint and scratches on them, a tool chest with over $200.00 worth of tools went missing, my tv console has a dent on it, my ding room table’s legs have paint and scratches on them, they put 3 wholes in brand new carpeting that had been laid in my apartment the day before. The cost for ******* ******* where I moved to was $263.09 for carpet repair. My dresser’s estimate from ******* refinishing shop was $350.00 for the dresser repair as well as $150.00 for the transportation of the dresser to ******* and the to bring the dresser back to my new apartment after it’s repaired. They offered me $530.00 for everything but that does not include missing/stolen tool box and tools, nor repair to all my furniture and repair of ******* ******* bedroom carpeting. Since I am a Senior Citizen, this is also boarding on Elder Abuse since they will not resend me my contract and my receipt from the move. It cost me $2900.00 to move. They will not answer their phone and will not take my calls. I did contact the State Attorney General’s Office and was given information but I’m unable to find out the correct insurance carrier for Two Men and a Truck in East Syracuse as different locations have different insurers. They will not resend my contract and receipt. They don’t answer their the phone. I want my dresser repaired, a refund for my stolen tool box and pay apt complex for carpet repair.
