    I purchased a car on 4/10/24. Dealer is supposed to take care of ********************** Today is 10/10/24 and I don't have plates or registration for my car. I call every week for an update & haven't received not 1 call back, since I started calling in June. The temporary tags expired 5/31/24. So I'm paying a car **************** for a car that I can't drive. I went to ************ stated that I should go back to dealer for update. I just want some help so I can drive the car that I paid for. The amount of money paid includes my $2500 down payment.

    I called in several times to confirm a price on a rev4 and they confirm to me that the final price will be ***** with no fees other then taxes and dmv , I spend 2 hours to drive down I paid $200 for taxi and when I arrived they told me that the price is OVER *****!!!! I Loss this day approx 1000 dollars for taxi and being absent from my job

    On February 18, 2024, I financed a vehicle from AutoLux. There were several issues with this transaction.1) The finance person was not upfront with the information provided. Only the documents that required my signature were provided. All other documents were placed in the folder afterwards, including the document stating the customer had the right to review the packet in full before signing, document stating the dealership could negotiate the annual percentage rate, and other documents providing a clear breakdown of the cost of the vehicle. 2) Facts were omitted or misstated. Customer was told the annual percentage rate had to be negotiated with the bank. Paperwork inserted in the packet after the fact clearly stated that the dealership could negotiate the annual percentage rate. When customer contacted the bank, the bank representatives stated they were surprised by the rate provided as they were offering lower rates. Also, the document stating the amount customer would be liable for if customer broke the deal was missing from the packet provided after signature. Additionally, customer was not told that it could take up to 45 days to register the vehicle. Customer was given a temporary registration and told they could immediately drive the vehicle off the lot. 3) There was an issue with the temporary registration. The vehicle was stopped several times in ** and impounded in ** due to not being properly registered. **** initially agreed to release the vehicle from impound to the dealership, but then would not do so, stating the vehicle was still listed as belonging to a different dealership in **. Police officers in both states (** and **) separately stated the dealership was at fault for the registration issues. Customer suffered financial losses due to this issue, including impound and towing fees, taxi charges, and loss of income from not having a car for several days. Potential job opportunities also lost from lack of transportation to upstate interviews.
