            Dog went to the trainer able to sit and was completely house and crate trained. Training is guaranteed by training company. We were sent videos of “success”. During transition training hour, time was cut in half and dog was uncooperative. Upon arrival at home, we did try to use collar as we were asked. Dog became increasingly unwilling to do commands. Trainer told us to turn up the collar two at a time and keep asking. Dog would pee throughout whole house beginning day two on, whenever a command was asked. Collar never got above 15. Dog has continually declined in ability to do anything and is now running off, pees and poops throughout house when she comes inside, and has not done a single “guaranteed” command since coming home. Trainers were called and we were told they’d call back. No call back was ever made. This was supposed to be a service dog, but is now not able to be used after visiting this trainer.

            We sent our dog to receive two weeks of board and train. She was supposed to be guaranteed ti follow a number of commands at the end of the two weeks. Since day one of her coming home, she has retained nothing. She is now relieving herself throughout the house and in her crate, knocking over grown and disabled adults, refuses to listen to any commands; and regularly takes off, none of which she did before going. Prior to going she was able to sit, she stayed next to said disabled adult, never jumped, and was fully crate and house trained. This dog was supposed to be going to service dog training and is now unable to be used.
