    Took 3 pairs of summer sandals . I had to pay $95 up front (8/28/24). They would call me next week for pick up. No call. I called in September, October. Same thing , they would call me next week. I called a third time. Waiting for materials. Hopefully next week. Call in November. Voice Mail. Did not respond. And last week. Voice Mail. No response.

    BBB spoke to the business and the following was relayed: We are finishing up her ************* now.  We're waiting for materials to come in.  We should have them done shortly.

    First of all, Kevin I’m not a member of your Better Business Bureau second of all her stuff has been ready since the end of October and she had the option to come in to pick up her other two repair jobs she refused  and on our door and on the bottom of The ticket  says that we will call or text you when you Repair is ready for pick up. She got a call, but the caller ID shows that we’re in Spencerport where were in Fairport I’ve been on the phone company for a couple years about that and she’s told  some orders  may takes longer on the ticket you wait for the phone call or text. Her stuff been ready for a while. It’s been seen on my shelf. I should charge her five dollars a monthly storage fee.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and while the man is lying and the solution is NOT satisfactory to me, I would like my summer shoes back.  And even September was too long when promised in a week.find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   Regards,  ****** *****

    I dropped my 3 pairs of shoes off June 9, 2023. I got 2 of the pairs back, however my 3rd pair has taken a year. I have called weekly to check in on the status of my shoes and every time the lady says that the soles are coming from Germany and they aren’t in yet. I asked if I could pick up my *********** straps and get a refund ($95) she said it would only be for store credit.

    BBB spoke with the business and the following was relayed: We are waiting for a delivery from out of the country.  As soon as it arrives, we will complete the repair.  The repair is already in progress, we just waiting for the delivery- which is out of our control.
