            This occurred Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 1015 am. Ive been a client at this location (which previously started across the street) for many, many years. Ive been a European Wax client for over well over ten years. I continuously purchase wax passes. Which shows you Im dedicated. However a week ago I made a last minute appointment and my regular esthetician was unavailable. So I made a blind booking. Which means I didnt know who would service me until I arrived. Unfortunately, I was scheduled with *****. She had no clue start to finish. My eyebrows are uneven (one is thicker than the other). I also now have a bald spot in one of them. When I asked her about it she claimed it was already there but it wasnt. Why lie? When she waxed my upper lip, the wax was all over my face. When she proceeded to wax other areas she laid the wax without lifting it at the end. Which led to her not having anything to pull when It was time for removal. She literally was digging her nails into my skin in an attempt to get a hold of the wax so she could remove it. Most importantly she waxed and pulled from several different directions. When I came home I literally had wax EVERYWHERE! I complained to the receptionist at the end of the service and was told a manager would contact me. They havent. And bc I have wax passes I was still charged. Upon completion of these passes I will take my business some where else.
