TERRIBLE SALES ADVISOR WHO LIED. I purchased a used 2024 car from **** ******. The day I picked up the car, I asked him to locate the 2nd keyfob to which he said that it was "across the street"? It was only after I had signed the finance papers that he informed me there was no 2nd keyfob. Had I known this in advance, I would've asked for an additional discount since keyfobs are expensive. **** has not responded to my messages since driving off the ****** NOT TRUST **** ******.Review from Lynda C

6/19/2023 I brought my vehicle in for a New York State inspection which was expiring 7/1/2023. Without any services do I was convinced that the key fob told the service advisor I needed services. Total bill was $629.71. On September 13, 2023 there was a ticket on my vehicle. It was for no New York State inspection. I Took the ticket to the *** Mini of Freeport. And asked for my vehicle to be inspected immediately. My vehicle was inspected and while the dealership rvicespaid for the inspection, I was told there would be a $120 credit for the ticket on my account. On May 22, 2024 a cable on my passenger side of my 2019 Mini Convertible top got jammed. My vehicle mileage is 26,300.I Brought the car in the next day expecting to have it fixed. And I was given a $941. for services, some of which I had had 3000 miles previously. My roof was not fixed. And I was told the repair was $7500. For a whole new roof. I was told I needed services that totaled $4000. In which I declined. The convertible jammed cable was the only issue with my vehicle. Both visits 2023 & 2024 There were no check engine lights in the car did not display any services needed. I was told the key fob at the desk was what told them I needed most of the work. The dealerships only solution was that they offer me $12,000 for a trade toward a new vehicle but they do not even have a new convertible available. The estimate to repair my vehicle exceeds half the car's value. I have called insurance to see about totaling the vehicle. My vehicle at this time, I am not driving it.It has been arranged for my Miniinig ****** to be picked up & transported. It will be thoroughly inspected at a DMV approved automotive center. I have also forwarded the walk around inspection video that was given to me from ***. This was my 3rd Mini ****** since 2011. It will surely be my last. I am not going to be taken advantage of again by *** MINI of Freeport.Review from Ka S

Unethical financing. Thought we were taking advantage of CPO advertised rate, top tier credit. All discussions were at the advertised rate. We electronically signed all paper work and left, only to find out we were financed 1% higher rateThought it was an error and called to have it corrected to no avail. My credit score was 860 and they inflated the rate that was a nationwide deal. No explainations given. Flabbergasted to say the least. Be wary.Review from serge g

My husband and I have a 2017 330I **** We took the car at least 5x for service for the same problem. Refill coolant to avoid possible damage engine. Every time we took the car to the service center, it end up being there for 3 to 4 weeks. I am paying my car every month without missing a payment. I would very much like to get ***********. It's frustrating, we met with the manager at the service center, she ensures us she'll make sure the car is fix; after that ensurance, the car still was not fix. We got the car back a week and half ago, after the car spent over 3 weeks at the service center.Review from Imran K

My brother took his car in to ****** *** of Freeport on Long Island for a PCV valve heater recall replacement and a *** inspection. When he got the car back and before even driving off the lot, the car's power windows, turn signal lights and hazard lights (which were all working fine when he dropped off the vehicle) suddenly weren't working at all! ****** *** refused to fix the issue unless he paid them to and they claimed that the issues were pre-existing.But I thought the turn signal and hazard lights were required to work in order to pass the *** inspection? My brother spoke to the service manager. Even though the lady was nice and professional, ****** *** refuses to take responsibility and the cost of fixing everything is running more than $1,000 according to a mechanic who gave us an estimate.Review from Elaine G

I give this place two stars. Only because the sales person was amazing. BUT. Beware of this place when it comes to financing. Even if you have great credit they will try anyway to add more money on your financing. They practice unethical tactics. The finance department should be audited!!!!!!!!!Review from Karine N

This is my third lease from BMW and the worst experience.... My sales person was ******** "****" ***. My new car came earlier than expected I told her my current lease payment is due in 6 days so I may need to wait before switching out the car. **** told me as long as I bring the current lease in before The due date I won't need to worry. I rushed to switch out the car few weeks later I notice a bill for the last month payment. So now I have a lease payment for the old car (which has been out of my possession for the past 3 wks) and the new lease. When I called to clarify the issue she told me I did not trade the car in I just handed in the lease. I told her that does not make sense and no one would pay a lease for a car no longer in their possession on top of paying for a new lease. She said she thought so also but did not want to step on any toes. When I asked to speak to the manager ********* ***** he is telling me she is his top seller. I don't care if she regional or national seller the fact of the matter is the customer was misled. ********* kept cutting me off and did not want to rectify the situation. My father is an employee he then told my father he does not want to speak to me again... So now the customer is dismissed??? They are rude, dismissive and sexist. The manager does not know my age but to be clear I am a working professional well into my 30's and should be treated with respect like everyone else.Review from Michael M

Greed brutally assaulted my passion at this place. Walked in and met with sales lady, who didn't seem to be happy to be at her job and knew de minimis about the brand. We discussed my trade in. They offered me an insultingly low amount of money for one of their "flagship" V12's. Cited a scratch on the bumper and that it was old. No hint of coming down off MSRPs, basically the car sells itself mentality. If they want top dollar, shouldnt I? LoL, I know...i know. I know all too well. So we burned up my free time not trying to find me a car and I had to leave. Speaking of burning up, I get a low oil message on the way home from the dealership. Then, it started to idle funny. The next day the car is undriveable. I dont know if they test drove my car to appraise it, if they did, they gave it the beans. Whatever. Not the first time a dealership possibly or definitely messed up one of my cars. I get a call a couple days later from a sales manager with high energy wondering what it would take to sell me a car. I told him a proper trade in value and a good car, faster than my current car. I didnt mention the failure because I know BMWs. They break regardless of good maintenance. Loyalty means nothing though...$1500 is not a reward for BMW loyalty. Ive owned a nightmare BMW myself and hang around shops, so i know BMWs, and the thousands of dollars regular people sink into them to no avail. $4000 was an explicative response for my trade in. Now im staring down the barrel of a $$$$ repair bill instead of a newer car in the driveway. I havent heard back from the elitest dealership long enough to know I wasnt economically viable. Thanks BMW of Freeport! BBB A+ rating because they profile their clients. They knew i was disabled, I knew too much about the brand or I was too much of an enthusiast. I will never find a dealership to call home, certainly not on long island. Such a cut-throat experience...I could have had that same experience at a used car lot on Northern Boulevard.Review from Jay P.

The worst service center! They do not repair vehicles properly. Ive taken my 2019 X4 with only ****** miles to this dealer on three separate occasions because the check engine light came on. *** waited hours to have this rectified only to leave the dealer & have to return one week later because the check engine light came on once again! It seems as if they reset the check engine light button without fixing the problem! My car was being serviced, waited four hours for an oil change to have to return one week later because the my coolant level was low, which is indication while my car was being serviced they failed to top off my fluids!
