This happened last summer and I was angry then got busy to write a review but my friend is moving and Im worried that the same thing will happen to them. So here it goes. Scheduled move from small 2 bdrm in Brooklyn to ** (19 miles). Gave them list of approximately 28 items (15 med boxes, 1 bed, 1 dresser, 1 writers desk, small cabinet/bar, large mirror, gamer chair, small ottoman and 8x10 rolled rug). Initial quote was $1,289. It important to note no one came to give estimate this is what I had after I packed. When they got there they said you have 7 more boxes and we have to plastic wrap all large items so itll be $700 more. Nothing we can do bc we had to be out of apartment so we agreed. Now were at $1,989. An hour and 15min trip somehow took them 2.5 hours. They got there, looked at our new home and all of a sudden they need $1,500 because they had to do a lot more packing and wrapping and it MUST be in cash. We were so angry. They threatened to keep our things. Being new to the area we didnt feel we had a choice. We knew the police wouldnt be help because they would say its a civil matter. They then said well compromise if you give $1,000 cash. They made $3,000 on a 19mi trip, with tolls and gas it was still over charged. My mother moved from PA to GA for that same price with an ************.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring this company for my relocation. ***** (******) ******* came to my house to provide an estimate for the move. He initially quoted a surprisingly low price, which seemed too good to be true, and it was. Once the move was underway, the price magically more than doubled from $3300 to $8000, leaving me shocked and deeply frustrated. It was clear that I had been misled from the beginning. As if the exorbitant price hike wasn't enough, the movers rushed through the entire process, leaving us no chance to review or halt their actions. They packed everything in a hurry, without any regard for the safety of our belongings or our input as customers. Throughout the process, ***** (the decision maker) proved to be impossible to reach, ignoring phone calls and failing to return messages. Furthermore, his attitude was consistently rude, condescending, and dismissive. He repeatedly hung up on my son in law and myself whenever we raised valid concerns or confronted him about his lies. The delivery of our furniture took an agonizing 4 weeks to arrive, and to our disbelief, only one person was sent to unpack an entire house. When I questioned how one person could handle such a monumental task, ***** blamed me, alleging that we weren't available for delivery when he had more people. It was a feeble attempt to shift blame rather than taking responsibility for his poor planning. To add insult to injury, the lone mover failed to complete the setup as outlined in the contract. When I requested assistance, ***** had the audacity to tell ** to hire a handyman at our own expense and promised to reimburse **. However, when we asked for this agreement in writing, he conveniently disappeared. From the inflated pricing and rushed moving process to the unavailability and disrespect exhibited by ***** himself, it is evident that this company is a scam, untrustworthy and deceitful. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others, do not use!

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from this company. Very unprofessional, untimely service, and inconsiderate in regards to customer service and the value of your home goods. I'm filing a claim with the federal government against this company. If you're military go elsewhere.

This company was dishonest in my estimated costs for moving our household goods, no one came out to review items, *** estimated the cost at $2500 but on the day of the move the cost was doubled to $5300, and only CASH accepted. Also, the company said items would be delivered 3-5 days, but instead w/consistent phone calls about delivery dates and times over the span of 3 days our goods did not arrive until 8 days later. Also, during the time of waiting for my goods, someone called representing the company in an attempt to scam me of $800 in order to have my goods delivered. I contacted the company who said their computer was hacked. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They did not even attempt to offer any compensation for the delay of my goods, nor in my anguish of the attempted scam. Very deceitful and dishonest company!
