  The rain gutters were taken down and we're now been told they will not be put back up because it wasn't in the quote yet he states in a text message he was saving us money by taking them down with no intention of replacing them on a $24,000 roofing job. Who was supposed to put them back up. That's not in the qoute.

  I never even knew there was a problem considering I gave in and installed the gutters AND finished the job AND got paid the very next day. According to the complaint I gave him what he wanted. I finished the job. So what would my response be. 
  

  And furthermore , I contacted them the day I got notice of the complaint and asked them to respond to you and inform you that it was resolved. She said she didn’t have to. Said she exactly 
  “ The individual that the complaint was filed against is required to respond. Not the individual that filed. I know this because I handle them for our company “
  
  How’s that for an attitude. These people are frigid jerks. I feel fortunate I even got paid considering. 
  
  This better not tarnish my reputation because I did nothing wrong according to the contract.

  1) Mr. Levesque came to our home estimate the job and half an hour after arriving informed us that he had tested positive for CVD19 that morning or the day prior when we'd all been standing around talking. Not to mention wasn't wearing a mask

  2) Mr. Levesque did not start the job when he'd committed too which we were very accommodating being that he is friends of my in-laws. It was closure to 3 weeks, 1 of the weeks being at our request but the others were due to his commitment on a commercial worksite.
  

  3) Mr. Levesque was told that we wanted a roof similar to that of her parents (which he had installed) that included snow cleats on the roof. When the job was done there were no cleats and his response was that they were not on the quote. We told him we wanted them and he "assumed" that we didn't need them because we didn't have a formal walkway up to our front porch. He quoted snow guards then came back the next day to say his quote was wrong and that they were more and it was going to be an $21/ft to install in addition to the materials he had severally misquoted.
  

  4) The job wasn't completed in the 5 days as stated on the quote. I believe it was closure to 2 weeks.
  

  5) We didn't get the full discount as initially agreed to and what I did get I had to fight for it.

  6) Mr. Levesque claims that he had told us that we were responsible for having the gutters removed which did not occur and was not noted on the attached quote.

  7) When my wife stated that we were not going to pay off the last of the job unless the gutters had been replaced he immediately threatened her with a lawsuit.

  8) Mr. Levesque complains of concerns of getting paid. We gave him $10,000 up front when the quote only requested $5,800. See attached. When then gave an additional $5,000 prior to the job being completed in order that his work crew be paid for the week.

  9) He called an texted, basically harassed my wife's parents thinking they would get involved in the 43 daughter and husbands personal matters due to his relationship with them.
  

  We went above and beyond in payments and patience waiting for the job to get done and only because of his parents relationship with the little weasel snake! If he wishes to continue dragging this out, it is by his choice.
