    I had bought a vehicle from Floride, a 2007 Chevy HHR. The vehicle had several things wrong with it. I asked them to fix the car, he only fixed very few things in the car such as the driver's seat, and another thing is what they fixed. Probably like about a month after having the vehicle, it stopped working and it wouldn't start. I found out it was an engine issue by another Auto Repair person at timing chain which cost me out of pocket $2,538. I am seeking restitution for that amount, and also to be out of the bank agreement with sensible Auto.

    I had bought a 2011 ********** rubicund from him. He told me that I could not test drive it until the purchase went through. I was not offered an extended warranty. The experience with this company was completely and utterly bad. I hope this business gets shut down, due to lack of good ownership

    This dealership sold me a lemon! The vehicle was never repaired or maintained before purchase and refuses to answer! I’ve had the car under a year and it’s totally unable to be driven, the engine is shot, wheel bearing, brakes, rotors, front bumper, wheel well, fender all was never repaired before purchase, I want out of this loan and the car gone they can have it back for all I care. I’ve never had a business do something so fraudulent.

    I bought a car from a shady dealership in Fulton NY called Flo-Ride Auto and I got completely scammed. The car lasted 77 days before it blew up. The whole time I had it the frame was destroyed and smashed in everywhere. I was told over and over again that it would be made right and taken care of but have yet to seen it. As of today they still have my car and refuse to answer a text unless it involves me calling him out on his scams. I need my car or it needs to be paid for. This is not right

    I Financed a 2012 ***** ******* *** on 08/18/2022 the vehicle is rusted in rotted all the way around the all wheel drive is messed up sense I purchased body Sercombe teen belt was put on incorrectly parts was put on wrong the truck is junk the tires bald the vehicle could not have been Properly inspected in New York State. No one never fixed it just kept giving me the run around I was scammed & I am paying on the vehicle now I have 2 late payments on my credit but my payments are currently in good standing I would like those late payments removed off of my credit & I will continue to pay for the vehicle.

    Bought a 2013 **** ****** hybrid feom Floride in fulton ny. I didn't know it at the time but it had an existing transmission issue. There was a 20,000 mile warranty purched with this car. It is now at the **** dealership throwing the same code for the transmission which needs to be changed. Warranty only wants to cover transmission and 1 hour of diagnostics. it took 4 hours to diagnose and I will also have to purchase coolant lines totalling over 1700.00 which I don't have. I was only supposed to have a 100.00 deductible I want my money back and I want it off my credit.

    On April 12 I paid for a **** ***** ******** through the buisness FLORida Auto LLC. I was told that the car was in good condition and just need the suspension fixed up a little. That night I drove from Carthage NY to Fulton Ny to get the vehicle I had paid for. When I got there I signed the contract and bill of sell. I then was told that they don’t have the title yet that I would have to wait and also they could not give me temporary plates. Even thought I was told previously that I could get temporary plates. I then left with the vehicle and while driving I felt a strong pull in the steering wheel and began to smell smoke. I took it back immediately and told them about it. They said that they would try to fix it. About a day later I asked for my money back bc I didn’t want to have to deal with it and I was told that they couldn’t give me my money back and that they could give me another vehicle. They offered me a 2011 ***** ***** and told me I could have it for the same price. They told me it had a tear in the seat and the gauge clusters were out and needed fixed. I asked if the title was clean and they said yes. On April 18th I went to go get this vehicle. When I got there I was told that the vehicle was registered in the owners name and so was the title. I was told that I would have to drive it in his name until the title came in. I was also told I couldn’t get insurance on it because it would “fuck everything up.” I thought it was shady but I oblige. I drove the vehicle away any way. I drove away and realized how many more things I wasn’t told about. Ex: two giant holes in ceiling liner, door panel completely hanging, smelled of cat piss, tires rubbed the bumpers. I freaked out and took it back. They told me I would have to have them take it to a auction to sell it to get my money back and that they would give me another car

    On august 16th 2022 I purchased a used vehicle from flo rida auto. It’s now just under 2 months of owning this vehicle I have driven this car 1028 miles For the last 3 weeks I’ve been unable to drive this vehicle. The power steering is gone, the breaks and rotors are completely rusted rotted and need major. The check engine light it’s over heating and the list or repairs continue I was quoted over 5000 in repairs. I was also informed that this vehicle should have never passed inspection. I am seeking a claim regarding that with my local DMV I am now stuck in a loan for over 17,000 for a vehicle that I can not drive. I should not be having ti make any repairs at this point. The company took complete advantage of me needing a vehicle and lied about the condition of the vehicle. I should not be paying anything in repairs on a vehicle I have only put 1028 miles on. The under carriage of the vehicle is completely rotted out when I shared this with Ryan he said all cars look like that. He also stated at a much later date that he only received 8000 for the vehicle but my loan is for over 17 thousand when i asked about it he stated he would look into who made the deal with me however he made the deal with me and his name is on my paperwork. I want this company to pay for the parts and the labor at no cost to me. They however have refused. I cant even maintain my car payment trying to save to make repairs needed so that I can even drive the vehicle. This company is a Bad business playing on people that have a hard time getting auto loans. I do have documentation that I uploading and can provide more when needed. I have notified DMV as well the state attorney generals office and I will continue to pursue this situation. If such expensive repairs need to be made at my expense then they should lower the amount of the auto loan I currently can not drive the vehicle. That is not right.

    ****** ********** purchased the vehicle from me with over 100k miles and did not purchase a warranty with the vehicle after advised to do so, i have offered to have her bring the vehicle to my mechanic and have it fixed free of labor charge with her paying the parts charge i was even willing to cover half of the parts that would leave her with a remaining balance of $500. ****** ********** refused to bring the vehicle to my mechanic. i am still willing to help her

    I have purchased a car (2011 **** ***** ********) from FloRide Auto in Fulton. However after picking up my ****, there has been multiple times where ive contacted the dealership for a check engine light> This check engine light is on for a cylinder two misfire. After multiple attempts at trying to get the dealership to fix and resolve this issue, it continued to come back on. After the third time of this light coming back on I contacted the dealership and they told me to take it to a dealership that does warranty work, so I did> After taking it to ******* ***** they had told me there was close to $8,000 worth of work that needed to be done in order to make the **** drivable again. When i contacted the salesman at FloRide and told him what wasnt covered they proceeded to casll dodge and tell them they are not covering it. This was after multiple texts back and forth of them claiming they wanted to make things right and help me. However they are refusing to help. This **** should NOT have been driven off their lot with the issues it has going on. This **** was FAR from road ready, and was far from safe for my now one year old son. Floride proceeded to bash and argue with people on their business page because people were agreeing how wrong it was that they sold a vehicle like that to someone. Multiple people came forward about vehicles purchased from them with either the same issues or having even worse issues. The dealership proceeded to argue and harrass people along with myself for calling them out on what they are doing. I am now going to owe TWO car payments for something thats been in another dealerships shop for over a month. After they offered to help, I offered to apologize and etc. And now theyre being completely different and refusing to help fix a vehicle they sold with problems that couldve totaled the entire vehicle. Its completely and utterly unfair to have purchased a car and now have to pay over a grand out of pocket for work they should have done.

    My mechanic here at floride suggested she have the vehicle evaluated by a bigger dealership to avoid any issues with voiding her warranty by us working on it, shorty after she dropped the vehicle off at drivers village they suggested she needed a new head on the vehicle which was covered under the warranty she purchased through us. ***** ****** then bashed us on social media so we defended ourselves while being respectful to her and others. i was willing to cover the cost of parts and labor that the warranty would not cover she denied and stated she wanted drivers village to do all the work so i let her go that route. i am still willing to have my mechanic here at floride cover parts and labor as stated before.

    This is not at all what they said or did. And I have Screenshots of proof stating otherwise. I had drivers Village do the warranty work, and the work not covered because FloRide said they were going to cover the parts not under warranty. After multiple chances of trying to fix my **** they kept doing awful jobs on my ****. So why would I bring It back? They were far from professional or nice to me or anybody on my ******** post. And it was not bashing them, the post stated not to buy a vehicle from them unless they wanted to not be able to drive it because it needs a bunch of work. So this is far from true

    *****’s vehicle is completely covered under the warranty that she purchased at the time of sale. We did try to fit her vehicle in and cover repair  costs in-house initially  as ***** expressed that she wanted the work done ASAP and was unable to wait. We tried to accommodate her request however we determined that it would be best for both parties if she were  to utilize her warranty and take it to a different mechanic  since we were having a surge of customers/lack of employees so things were taking a bit longer than originally anticipated. *****’s vehicle is not rotted and nothing about it is dangerous or non-functioning. The repairs that need to be made are typical wear and tear items. We are unsure what ***** would like us to do at this time in order to resolve this for her. Can she send a photo of the receipt that says she had to pay $1,000 out-of-pocket? It is our understanding that the warranty covers all of the work required- which ***** has told us herself so we are a little confused

But they said was all good ....did pay for a warranty that cover nothing the dealer said he would fix but car is unsafe to drive 4 hours back to him so he said have the shop reach out ....they have tried I have tried its like he got the check for car and now he doesn't exist I want out of this an my money back Noone wants to help fix a car I drove one day home Credit Acceptance says he has to fix but no one e wants to fix its ******** now I'm stuck with a car I can't use and the bill
