    Samsung customer service did not uphold or fulfill what they promised to regarding the price match. My first order of the Watch 7 was only $80 but the delivery was about 1 month, so I called Samsung and ask if they can do something. Samsung suggested that I order the same watch which I paid $164 and pick up at the samsung experience store, and after the pick up I called back Samsung for a price match. Samsung also guaranteed and assured me that the price match will be approved and be qualified for a refund. After several call with Samsung, they gave me assurance the $80 refund will happened, waited for several days (10 days) and I received and email that the price match is not approved. I am so disappointed and frustrated with Samsung people telling me that the price match is qualified. They also cancelled my 1st order knowing that the price match is qualified for a refund. I was so sick with these samsung people promising me but did not fulfill the promise. Now lost the opportunity to upgrade my watch to Watch 7 at a much lower price.It is hard for now to trust the Samsung customer service. I am a loyal ********************** member, but for what happened I will be switch to another company (Apple) that can provide a better service and uphold their promises.It is so sad and sickening that this happened and Samsung customer service should be more educated and informed about their policy before suggesting anything to their members.

    My Watch 6 step counter is not accurate. 1st tech rep had me reset cache, turn off watch and phone, and restart. Did not notice a change. 2nd rep told me to backup watch and reset to factory settings. I did and now the daily activity screen freezes daily. I power watch on/off and it will work for a while. Contacted Best Buy where I picked it up, they state since it was bought online from Samsung I had to go through them because it was past their return policy. I contacted Samsung, was told there is nothing they can do for me but tech support. I was on hold 45 minutes to speak with a supervisor, was supposed to be transferred to him, and was sent to tech support. The watch is just over 3 weeks old. Either refund my money and send back my trade in or send me a watch that works. I felt tech support did not understand what I was trying to convey (slight language barrier). My Watch 6 is accruing half the burned calories my fitbit did and I have the same amount of activity with both watches.

    THIS STORE IS ESSENTIALLY A SCAM ************* I've ever experienced in any store ever. A few years ago they delayed a repair that was supposed to take 2 hours until it took over a week, and they kept stringing me along with the "it should be ready tomorrow" lines daily. I had to make such a fit that they ended up warrantying the whole phone.Today when I went to go do a trade in and they wouldn't give me the $800 trade in value listed on their website, only $4xx, even though the employee agreed my phone was in good condition with no damage. He (***) said they use a different company for trade-ins than Samsung's own. Told me to place the order online to get the $800 trade-in value and do in-store pickup so it would be ready "in a few hours" but today as long as the website said I could pick it up today, which it did. I placed the order with same day pickup. Over 5 hours later and no info, no ready for pickup email, and their warehouse is saying they never got the order and those ETAs aren't ever accurate, usually delayed by at least a day. Huge attitude too, didn't even ask my name or order #, so I guess in 5 hours he had no orders come in at all? Or they're just straight up liars. They close in a little over 2 hours. No ETA. Called Samsung phone support and they're telling me they have no info about why it wouldn't go through to them and it's not ready yet, no ETA, no ability to help or expedite, nothing. This level of service is just straight up unacceptable. I told *** directly that I need the phone today and work the next day and he still pushed me to go this route knowing it wouldn't be ready. Straight up theft.
