            Scam..scam..scam... Ordered name plate dec 10 and have not recieved anything and its no customer service to call and they only responded once to a email. Have not recieved any tracking number or order number... Looks like a scam company

            If I could put 0 I would! They are scammers! Took my payment and sent my package to a completely different place with a different name, sent me tracking information and local post office looked it up and the package had a different name and addressed to someone in *******. The company will not respond to my email even the email forwarded from my local post office stating it was not addressed to me or my address. I sent complaint to ****** and all proof.

            I purchased a name chain on October 1st 2024 & it's November 9 2024 & still no chain. I been emailing *********** stop replying PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS I lost 108 dollars but it's okay I guess this *** company need it badly Do NOT buy from this company they will SCAM YOU

            I purchased a 14k solid gold necklace that was personalized. Not only was it damaged on arrival but its not real gold! I have contacted customer service and they said they would send me a label to ship it back, but no refund will be given, just store credit. This is absolutely terrible AND false advertisement. Will be trying to dispute this purchase with my bank.

            Never received my order and every time I sent them a email they kept responding by asking me for my order number and then nothing. I was also double charged for the protection plan and never received the money back from that. It's difficult to get any answers from this company. Please don't fall victim like I did. They definitely don't deserve the one star.

            Ive been buying their jewelry for years now and was glad when they started making actual gold.. One of the so called necklaces that was suppose to be 14k gold is actual silver I found out when I went to get repairedSo if you really need gold only try ************..very disappointed

            I purchased a name plate necklace as a gift for my daughter ***** 23rd birthday on April 22rd. Her birthday was May 9rh. I have yet to receive anything or any updates. The route iD ********************** and the Order##*****. I know they say it takes a while but, I mean come on! An update would be nice.
