As all things go, there are good reviews and bad reviews. This is only my experience with Nassau National Cable Corp. The unfortunate fact is that I would have loved to have a good review, but it is absolutely impossible to leave a good review or to do business with Nassau ever again. I placed an order on Dec 26th and a few days later I received an email that I have left something in my "shopping cart", was I sure I didn't want to order it. Confused I went online to talk with their chat bot which provided me a person to reach out to (email). The response was fairly quick and I was provided with a tracking # for UPS. Tracking stated UPS was not in possession of my order, however when I placed the order it stated delivery would be in 3 to 8 business days. Getting to the 7th day I started requesting a status as UPS still stated they weren't in possession. I received an immediate response, which it was a forward to their shipping dept. requesting they reply to me. Shipping got back immediately and said they would look into it. When I didn't hear back I emailed again, and again, and again, but my emails went without a reply. I signed into the chatbot this morning and asked for a status. the response was that my order was processed. Today being the 10th business day and the 15th day since my order was placed, UPS still stated they are not in possession. I then asked for a refund on the chat and sent an email to the two email accounts I had been communicating with (requesting the same). I received a phone call within minutes stating my package was lost and I could reorder or get a refund. Stating 15 days after an order was placed that it was lost, only after the customer was attempting to find their order is unacceptable. I found a different vendor to provide my package by tomorrow and have asked for a full refund. I'll see how that goes and reply once again to BBB if it doesn't go well. I can accept errors, but I cannot accept a lack of communication.Review from Jason B

In early June 2024, I ordered a 45 ft. length of CPE-jacketed 12 gauge wire (tray cable). I received the order promptly. Just before installing the wire I noticed the outer jacket said "PVC," which is a less UV/sunlight-resistant and much less costly kind of wire. I began communicating about this with *** on June 14, with numerous phone calls and emails.Notably, the cable that was sent to me was from a warehouse in *******, ** and had a different order number than the initial *** order. On June 17 I received an email response from *** (*****) apologizing for the mixup and saying she would check with the warehouse. Per her request, I sent a photo of the cable jacket showing it was PVC-jacketed. On June 18 ***** offered to arrange the return of the incorrect wire and I responded on June 18 saying I was happy to have *** pick up the cable at my home or have the return shipping label emailed to me. On June 24 I emailed *** informing them I had still hadn't received a return shipping label or instructions. With additional phone calls, ***** finally arranged for *** pickup from my home. Despite the incorrect cable being picked up on June 24, there was no known action by *** to promptly send me the correct cable or issue a refund. I never heard from *** about whether they had the correct CPE cable in stock (it remained listed as available on their website). On July 1st I emailed ***** and others on the *** team including *** principal ********************* for a status update. I included ***** on subsequent emails. After not hearing back for a week I sent another email on July 8, and on that day received an email from ***** saying my refund would be processed. A few days later I called for a status update and on July 11 received an email from *** confirming the refund was being processed. The refund finally credited to my bank account on July 13. I don't know how representative my experience with *** was, but I don't expect to take chances and order from them again.Review from Kevin C

Very happy how Nassau National Cable handled my return. And also was able to get the cable my Solar installer needed. There was a human mistake on a delivery mix up but **************** had it under control with new tracking #'s...Review from John D

Quality wire at a reasonable price, even when paying for shipping. Even though the website didn't keep me posted when the order shipped, when I reached out to the shipping email address they responded almost immediately and my shipment was already out for delivery just two business days after I placed the order.Would definitely do business with NNCC again.Review from GARY K

Terrible experience with this company. Ordered a basic rack setup with some patch panels. Everything was listed as in-stock on their website. We got an email saying they would follow up when everything shipped. After over a week and no email I personally followed up and checked in on the order status. All of a sudden they needed an extra $350 over the original invoice for some items, one of the items wasn't even available anymore, and apparently the "in-stock" rack we ordered was another 14 business days out before it could even ship. Checked their website again, everything was listed in stock still and same price we ordered at. Needless to say we cancelled the order and got our refund. Sketchy business practices from these people, and the website prices and status cannot be trusted. Also they wont inform you about problems on your order for over a week until you call them and wring it out of them. And even then they'll ask for more money. Find somewhere else to buy from if you value your time.Nassau National Cable Corp. Response

I ordered cables and found that I could not return a cut cable back to *********** I called Nassau cable and asked to cancel, which they did promptly, refunded me the money, and sent the cables quickly to me. I wish I could have bought from them everything.Nassau National Cable Corp. Response

I ordered two cables, both were delivered in a timely fashion but unfortunately the wrong cables were provided in each case. However, Nassau's customer service team corrected the problem without fuss and the issue was resolved.Nassau National Cable Corp. Response
